Just got the results, 34 trq/65 hp 421 Vito 4mm motor w/CPI pipes. Im sorry but im out. Our play port 350s make more than that anytime!! Im sure i can get more power out of them by porting them but why spend the money on them when a Play port or the Cub will do more out of the box?

Havent done any Vito's cyls yet but looks like it may be coming soon. All of our motors are reliable but the Play/Dune port is our most sought after and popular.

We can sell you a hvy spring for your stock shock.

Dont remember the trq # but i thought it was less than/or same as our 350 Play port. I will try and ask the guy.

You need more than a stock shock for 10 over arm, or at least a heavy spring. The soft shock is sagging and absorbing all your launch inertia.

Here is the REAL deal on these cyls. We just put a motor together with the Vito 421cc cyls and 4mm crank. The customer brought these to us and had us assemble it with NO porting. The bike has CPIs, stock carbs, and all the other bolt ons. He dynoed it at LS dyno and it made 65hp. Come on guys, this is a 421cc 4mm crank. OUR lil Play port motors with same setup easily make 65hp range with stock stroke! Our 4mm crank Play ports put MUCH more!!

Im not a fan of Vito's power pistons as they tend to wear the cylinders much faster with thier shorter skirts! Normally i like short skirts but not in this case.

We have it all on hand if needed. Its common to see slop in the stock basket BUT not good. The Billet one will take care of your problems for good.

Good deal on some good running pipes. They are like new as i just put them on the bike. Surprised me how much power they made.

I hope your kidding as a stock OEM one retails for over $200 and the Magnum is $155. Plus the agony of the stock one breaking on one of your quad outings and tearing things up would really suck. We have never had a Magnum basket failure and have seen them hold up better than Hinson.

IF the bike was setup correctly these cyls will easily hang with 4mm cubs. It all depends on setup guys. This motor not even setup right was walkin on my Raptor and i promise you, that is NO easy task as my Rappy has also beatin 4mm cubs!!

Why not try one of the HQ sponsors?? Any of us should have all this as i know we keep them in stock.

IF your talking about the choke circuit jet, the bowl with the bb pushed into the aluminum on the bottom of the bowl goes on the carb with choke knob, (drivers side).
