With +6 timing and 19cc domes you might wanna run higher octane.. Hp depends on porting but with Gnarly pipes and trail port im guessing 55-60hp range.
Who ever did the porting should be the one to ultimately tell you though..

You dont need to go 4mm crank to make Good power. Our 350 Dune/Play port motors are some of the most fun bikes iv'e ever ridden. IF you need a crank then yes go with 4mm but if you dont just get a good port job ! : )
Looks good Shane! Can't wait to see how a different setup will run with like your Pro Circuits and smaller carbs vs the others tested... Keep us in the loop.
I would recommend a timing plate first , then our F.A.S.T. Head or cool head, after that your down to porting which will wake the beast !!!
Lemme know if we can help...
If you have cylinders to use and be ported then the stocker 4mm will be cheaper. IF you already need cylinders than the Serval may be for you. Both will work good for all around riding but i think the Serval will have the edge on hp/trq !!
If your gonna have the cases apart i would recommend it then your bottom end is DONE and you wont have to tear it back apart to do it later. Worth about 2-3 hp.
I like to keep the arrow a bit toward the stator side. The free play on lever may need to be a bit tighter as they dont have as much throw as the stocker.
Never had anyone tell me that. Especailly over stock perch/lever. Call me if it's ours and we will see if something else is off..
The cheaper one has a bronze bushing in it and the nicer one has a needle bearing for smoother longer lasting pull.
I agree with Radar on this too. We have seen 2 sets of these with bad Nikasil and niether one dynoed worth a crap. Our stock cyls. were killing them and for sure the Serval Cub would be better a better choice !!!
I understand but the float/valve assembly is around $30 factory so these kits are the better deal and come with everything. As for bowl screws most just run to Ace hardware and pu some.
They are only like $12 new , be careful buying used ones as they tend to get brittle and prone to breaking or stripping out prolly like what you already have i would imagine....? GIve us a call if dont find what you need as we stock em as do some of the other vendors on here.
Sorry but we DID call back and left you a message on 570-793-7097. We have been digging out from a Blizzard and short handed for help. Anyway glad Dave is fixing you up.
Have a nice weekend.
We stock, sell, and use the Dunable overides from WCR and they work great. THe only ones we have had issues with are the Extremes and i believe he quit doing those.
I dont think your jetting is that far off to require that many kicks to start . I would do a compression check and make sure you have at least 100-110lbs up compression minimum. If compression is good then try 2 -3 sizes bigger pilot and check that your choke circuit is working correctly.
Please dont skimp on a chain as that is what drives you and can really ruin your day if it breaks and cost a fortune $$ in repairs. We have never broke the EK X ring chain we run .. For drag the guys like our EK non o ring chain for less wieght and resistance .
Yep, Skip the 2 into 1 carb. Get timing plate, K & N pod filter kit, Coo head, V force reeds, then if you need more , opt for Porting !!
All will help but Porting will make the biggest difference for sure.
