  1. What type of sand? Hard pack with a little loose stuff on top would make them shine, but if it's just sand with out any hard pack you will need more tire.
  2. Yep. Wire wheel it. Sand the nubs and the tip of the pick up so it's crisp. Spray it down with yellow top WD40 or whatever rust inhibitor you got. Then set the pick up gap to 15 thou and see what happens.
  3. I didn't get a chance to dig the old mikuni's out, but here is a quick over view with a size diagram for the PWK's and TM's. TM: http://www.sudco.com/Diagrams123/exptm.gif PWK: http://www.sudco.com/Diagrams123/exppwk.gif Remember, you may wanna put some Billit bowls on whichever carb you choose as well. So that is gonna take up room.
  4. Shorter Then PWK I believe. ( intake to bell )I had a short day a work so I will be in the shop at some point, I'll try to get ya a measurement.
  5. 30 pilot ( should be at least 27.5 on current set up) Needle second clip from bottom 340ish main.
  6. Definitely flat slides of some sort. PWK or TM's should suffice. BHP, can you guys get gaskets for the 34-36 TM bodies?
  7. It does not provide the velocity people think, plus a lot of folks think it's great to make it real slim. Big no no if you expect it to not break
  8. Ya, always use google. Like this "(whatever you're searching for) bansheehq" It should be in the top of the first page of the appearance thread.
  9. Definitely take that apart ASAP.

  11. That's just creepy! Who dat be.....?
  12. By the way, I am so bent out of shape that I am yelling homophobic REMARKS at my phone. Karma...
  13. It was a remark. Not a comment. Albeit a Smart Ass Remark, but a remark none the less. So it shouldn't bother you according to you.... Karma, haha. Been there done that. By the way, I was offering you cash for the roller. As in a transaction where I drive many miles to see some dilapidated shit pile, then still cave in and pay cash to you. You would be benefiting. So in that case it would see that karma leaving me a long drive to think about what I've done, or about how I spent money I shouldn't have. In any event, the above post I told you exactly what you need to be in the garage doing. So get to it. Tear that thing apart and clean it up and re assemble it. If you don't have a book, get one. Just like Legos as a kid.
  14. Shoot me a PM after you burn that thing down. I'd be interested in the rolling chassis if you haven't ruined that as well.
  15. Haha. Those were the same concept but for the stock cyls. Yeah. That dude was upset......
  16. OP, you may need to do a bit of taking apart to get at it. Just drain it down. Pull it apart till you get there. Spray Brake cleaner on everything if you don't have a parts washer. Use a good RTV to re assemble if there aren't any special gaskets.
  17. Sure there is. Flex Seal! Remember when that Billy Mays look alike dude sprayed the bottom of that row boat?
  18. What were you saying about stupid answers?
  19. What about the vagina of a squirter?
  20. You mentioned the mechanic said " depending in condition, you need a port and polish". Just wanna tell you that it's time for another mechanic. You could need a bore and hone, but don't let someone force you in to porting your cylinders if you don't want/have to have it done. Also, I'm not really positive you guys have that many folks over there who are qualified to be porting cylinders. There's a reason all the big time racers over there are having engines built here in the states.
  21. No idea who? Not a shop or a way to contact them?
  22. Probably gonna need to try different manifolds.
  23. ^ are you sure?
  24. There is a decent set of used yfz calipers in the for sale section. Pretty cheap.
