You are down to the same tires I was before purchasing BFGoodrich KO2's.The coopers don't have enough siping for Michigan winters, the DuraTracs are sweet, if you are doing a large tire. Like 285 65's or better. Otherwise that really bitchin' shoulder claw and outer lug combo that makes them so rugged gets kinda small in the 275 stuff. My buddy has the 2500 sierra and got the DuraTracs and he wishes he got the KO2's after seeing mine and riding in them. Both nice tires really, but the new KO2 has the DuraTracs trumped IMO.

Shoot I assumed 421 cub. I would say bump that rear sprocket up a tooth or two. I think you could get away with a less wide tire as well. What is your 60'?

Your cub should carry more gear. What trans are you running? What gear do you finish in, and any idea what RPM you cross the line at?

What is your 60ft? If you can whack high 1.3x's to low1.4x's you are doing ok.

Doesn't matter what the rod is. If it's not a Hot Rods, it's built using at least Wang core parts. IE. center section and webs. I believe he was at least using different rods.
