  1. Holy shit.... That's messed up.wonder how it all played out. Explains why a few folks mentioned he's kind of hard to reach lately.
  2. 18" could work with long travel arms. Not positive on whether the eyes will be correct or not. How thick are the eyes and what diameter are the bolt holes on the 250r shocks you're looking at?
  3. Way to buck the system! Shipped/packed well?
  4. My condolences to your customer.
  5. No spacer plate! Get the 795's if you have a long rod stroker crank. The piston crown will still be above deck a little, but you cut the domes to compensate. You will need to have porting touched up though. OR.... CALL DRIVELINE.(Lane is the son of Vito's founder) They got a new piston that makes it all work pretty damn well with out all the extra work.
  6. Like, you wanna port it yourself, or you wanna have some done?
  7. Definitely on the edge. I bet it's closer to 300.
  8. Definitely Mattoon.
  9. Yes, you can run the 4mil stroker with the long rods on it. It will take Weisco 795 pistons or the Driveline designed pistons that Weisco makes for them. Either way, some porting would be in order as well as proper domes or cutting the head to keep piston/head clearances in order.
  10. If you're doing all that, why the resistance to just putting a fresh piston in? Are you sure the bore is round? What tool did you check the bore with?
  11. No way that motor will eat 180's main jets. You got other issues for sure.
  12. There is also raptor hq
  13. Yep, no way a stock trans will go through all 6 sitting still. Need to definitely be turning the counter shaft or clutch side of the trans.
  14. Really? I had one back around 2005 and it was a nice piece. But, we live in dire times where everybody is pinchin' dimes.
  15. Lotta fellas using honda thumbs.
  16. Those are really nice units as well^
  17. Aren't they just snap ringed in? May have to trim them up and have a new groove lathed in.
  18. Pump gas "dunish" ported stock cyl or serval. You'd be in it about the same with the serval if you don't port the serval cylinders. You could do it later and take them way farther performance wise then you can stock cylinders.
  19. Koso digital... Done.
  20. Because once you get out past 68mm on a stock stud configuration, there isn't much of a sealing surface.
  21. Haha, hell no. Like I said, I expected 90 days even when he said a week. All the twister folks assure me the wait is worth it, so I'm not worried. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Definitely a stock cut head or some sort of single piece bottom without removable domes. It'll be a bitch to seal up. TDR had nice choices in metallic gaskets.
  23. Nice work fellas. When are you gonna get out your axe and start chopping the 60'?
