I Run Belray Gear Saver 75w. I Have No Problems At All. I Dont Think Your Transmission Oil Viscosity Has Anything To Do With Your Problems. My Friend Was Just Here Riding With Me In Kentucky And He Burned His Clutch Up, It Wouldnt Rev. High He Just Couldnt get up Any Hills. He Would Try To Climb Hills And Just Stall out. First I Would Check The Free Play At The Clutch Lever. This Should Be(10-15m.m. or 0.4-0.6in.) If That Dont Work There Is A Adjustment On The Center Of The Clutch Basket. The Clutch Push Lever Mark Should Align With The Raised Mark On The Crankcase. You Really Need A Clymers Manual If You Do Not Have One. It Will Give You All The Info You Need.

I Have Pro-Design Coolheads, But Only Because I Bought Pipes From A Friend, And The Heads Were Part Of The Deal. I Had Installation Questions About The Pro-Design Heads And DL Noss Gave Me Instuctions. Pro Design Doesnt Even Have A E-Mail. Thanks to DL Noss I Got The Installation Instructions. I Would Buy The Noss Head No Questions Asked, He Is A Great Guy.

There Is Also 2 Small Holes Drilled In The Mating Surface Where The Head Fits Together(It Looks Like There For Locating Pins) Does Anyone Remember When They Installed Their Heads? I Use 21*7*10 Fast Trekker Tires On My Banshee. I Used Them For Years On My Blaster, Now My Banshee. They Perform And Look Great. Just My Opinion Though.
I bought some coolheads off a friend and was wondering if anyone had the installation instructions. I noticed 2 of the studs were longer than the others? And what should the stud height be? I also noticed where the top of the head mates with the bottom half there are 2 holes, the holes look like they are for locating pins, but im not sure? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!!!
I Have fuel Coming Out Of The Float Bowl Drain Tube. It Only Does It When Its Running. I Was Thinking Maybe It Is The Float Height. Any Help Would Be Appreciated. Its Coming out of the drain tube not the vent Tubes. Never had this happen Before. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
