Im not gonna put a pry bar against brand new douglas wheels, no ive never changed a tire on a atv, ive always bought the tires already on the wheels.

Mine does the same thing. I took my silencers off and the shit drained out of them. It was like a thinned oil gas mixture. I dont know if its too rich jetting or what. Mine was coming out of both silencers.

Center Punch Your Bolt First, Then If You Can Get A Left Handed Drill Bit A tad Smaller Then Your Bolt, Sometimes They Will Back Out While Your Drilling It.
