LOL dude I powdercoat all my small parts myself and he was guesstamating when he said 3 pounds of powder but , I know I could easily use 2 pounds on a frame you do understand that half the powder dont even stick to part right ???and the extra I am getting its cheaper for powder the more u buy I cant see how a thicker coat of powder coat would make it brittle ??? the only thing that makes powder coat brittle is over bake the parts or under bake. The guy also told me he would give back any extra because it was mine I also plan on watching it get done I wanted to see how they do it if there is anything I am missing

I have a guy here in mass that is going to powdercoat my frame for me for $100 if I strip frame and supply the powder I want. He said he will put it on as thick as I want so I am going to do it a little extra . Powder can be purchased via eastwood powder the guy said it would take around 3 pounds of powder to paint frame I am going to use 4-5 pounds That will cost me 50 bucks and its any color I want and they have some cool ass colors. So in total I will spend 150 for a great job and if I am lazy and dont want to strip bike thats another 50 bucks but , i am stripping it

You can allways buy a frame of ebay with title and use those #,s to register it and then sell your frame on ebay and hopfully someone like in cali will buy it so they dont need title or dont care. There is not much else you can do unless the guy that sold it to you has a old registration to it .

hahahah almost like a boost bottle but really its kinda like buying a set of tires the cheap ones may look as nice and beefy but , wont last as long or perform as good maybe the better belt has differnt qualitly's that let is grab better when clutch is engaged and dosent glaze as much ! just a thought

I am sitting in my house and watching a sled and raptor drive around my neighborhood so I am wanting to play 2. I run out and fire up the sled and take it for a rip down the road now have to go slow to not ruin studs nowI am wanting to try some deeper snow so there is a church down the street with a feild and big snowbanks.At this point I am feeling a little like white trash riding around but ,hey I am having fun I start making a path over the banks making a jump the people on the street are loving it giving thumbs up and laughing. I see out of the corner of my eye a priest running out saying something so I drive over. Now bear in mind this is a church that one of the pedifial priest worked at. I ask whats up and he is yelling at me so I take down my hood and let him Know I want one of the kids that are out so I informed him to calm down he didnt his is yelling this is church property I dont own it get out so I sa ok but, he wouldnt let up. I am removing the old a-arms and dont want to ruin them what the best way to get them of and out of the spindles.I thought about using a ball joint pickle but, wont that ruin the seals on ball joints ???? anyt idea's are appreciated

shit if you want to be even spend as much as he did he must have droped some big coin to do those mods. dump the 2 into one and get a 4mm stroker crank if yours is bad or better yet I have seen a few engines allready built on planet sand for sale one was backed by Dan at patroit racing I think it waws for 1800 or bro but it was a 10mm stroker built to the hilt there are a few others for sale over there like a 7mm stroker but, if you are set on rebuilding your own 4mm is perfect no trenching of the case to put it in then get you jugs ported to match

have a question if the for anyone who thinks they can answer if the jugs are in need of new sleeves and are allready ported if I put new sleeves in can I change porting to work with stroker or would I have to have them port marched to exsisting work .I was thinking it would leave edges if I didnt ????? I wouldnt mind using them for big bore but , hav tomake sur I can use them with stroker.Do you know who ported them ????? and how much the transferes are ported if at all ????
