Time to upgrade I think that I might as well with all that I have done it would be a shame to let a $100 part ruin a $2000 dollar engine .Thanks all for the help I just had to have someone elses opinion

Hey all , I just rebuilt my whole engine and turned it into a stroker .but , when I was looking over the clutch basket I noticed the gear had movement .i was thinking of just upgrading to a hison basket but , I have not found one of ebay yet . my question is the stock basket is rivited to the gear ?????? can new rivits or bolts be put in to fix the slop in the gear ???? or do I need to get the hinson basket

dont agree at all!!! maybe you set it up incorrectly or it didnt work great on a banshee but , to say it doesnt work on all 2 strokes is wrong i had one on my 2 stroke sled and worked great

how is that a waste of money on a 2 stroke ????? I would think a dial a jet system once dialed in could be useful.I had one on my polaris xc 700 and I have used a tempaflow system that will adjust for altatude as well as jetting . by the way the tempaflow worked great

I am trying to figure out if it will be possable to get everything in order for a trip to dumont I have to get my bike back together and test it and make sure jetting is ok and then get a pair of sand tires and a longer swingarm but , I am trying heehhehe as for to much power with the 420 cc stroker my ride has new skins and -2 swingarm so it hooks up hard and with the stroker it should have a lot of bottom end can't wait to ride her and get a few races in>i am thinking a bigger gas tank is going to have to be added

LOL thanks rease I researched the method you used and looked at all the options the mod chips are nice but , I hate the thought of soldering the chip in. So your option in just using the magic cd as the boot disk and that cool cover seemed like the best option> I purchased the setup you said worked good for you thanks again for the help and I understood your frustration when everyone wanted to mod there own and nobody was buying it It was a hell of a deal If I didnt allready own a ps2 I would have bought yours in a second . The games that you burned are they dvd ?? and do games that are burned need to be be burned on a dvd burner ??? or can it be done on a cd -burner thanks

they cannot do it if they put them in at 450 degee to get the powder to flow and then its cooked at around 400. They may seem fine but , without a doubt they got internal damage.If you are willing to chance it go for it it may be worth selling your on ebay and buying aftermarket

could be a lot of things how old is the gas in it and does it have fuel pressure ???? sounds to my like a fuel problem you may want to check out the fuel pump and the carbs could be gummed up from sitting around all summer not stored correctly ( summerized) maybe clean out carbs and make sure the jets are not clogged and all passages are clear does it have fuel filter ??? check that 2its pretty old so its worth checking it out
