    If you want big lights id go with some Hella 500s bright ass mofo's. You can get them for 80 here but you'll need a better stator since there 55w each.

    How low? If its pretty low you may be leaking coolant into your cylinders. That could cause it to cut off.

    Yeah don't get those thats just stupid. Lower end elka's are the same price and they are made to your exact specifications. Not to mention for around 550 you can get works with rezzies and adjustments.

    I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt and when i had mine off it was all metal as well. An easy way to get them out it so get some 1/2 or so rod from lowes or home depot and stick it in one side of the swing a-ram till it hits the back side of the bearing on the other side. Hit away it should come out. Id recommend putting new ones in afterwards.

    I don't see how thats happening with a kick start. Not like the starter is going backwards or something. Even if its possible i guess it could be your timing is set so high its causing the spark to soon which in turn forces the motor to run backwards. IDK haha if i was more capable tonight id think harder damn women have me so worn out.

    Looks pretty badass. I will admit having a polaris myself they have a lot of problems. Hopefully this wont be a problem.

    Been there done that... you should have seen mine it was way worse. Bent both my silencers as well. Shitty day to say the least but its all better now.

    Like the others said thats a good price if there doing all the work. If your doing it shouldn't cost any more than 160 for the piston kit and 90ish for the bore&hone.

    Id think an upholstery shop should have what your looking for. Maybe even able to attach and and shape the foam. Personally if it was me id find the density of the foam i liked and shape it myself.

    Both are awesome a-arms just make sure if your gonna be getting a good deal of air or smashing whoops you get the race type or gusseted a-arms.

    On my elkas its just a little cylinder with a pin on the end which fits in the hole. I dont think i would use any sort of wrench on then. Just get a hold of elka im sure they can send you one for pretty cheap.

    Most are gonna tell you get a FAST clutch. Best out there from what i hear.

    The part of the a-arms that is most perpendicular to the frame is the front or it. The stickers should be on the front as always.

    Tusk anodizing is so so. Not the best in the world but for the prices you cant ask for much more. As for the guy talking about mod quad i herd a lot of there stuff is top notch then some of it isn't so hot but i personally don't know from experience.

    You shouldn't need anything else since you already have the stator. Im pretty sure you should be able to run PIAAs or Hella's at 55w each and remount your trail techs to another spot and run 35s in those. With that setup you should have more light than you know what to do with.

    There Tusk nerfbars from RMATV. Pretty cheap to and they hold up great for the price.

    I agree with all of them. I used to ride trails a lot and im a pretty damn good rider and i was lucky to get threw 3rd gear. Even some big ass fields 6th can get a little hairy. Id say try it out and get suspension first. I have a feeling you'll be surprised with the power it has as it sits now.

    Haha i know guys personally iv only had to change tires twice and it was when i had stock rims. Lately i just buy new tires and rims at the same time, since i usually put both threw so much hell there fubar. Anyways i have a bead breaker and a compressor so thats no biggie.

    Awsome deal man for 4-500 bucks you can have that baby running. Its also an awesome bike for girls.

    Not a whole lot more maybe 5-600 in the past months on random stuff. Im right around 4k as of now and after the motor is fixed ill probably put a good 2k more into the rear and some motor mods.
