  1. We do a lot of different types of flavors. We like to experiment sometimes too, we made a Pablano Chili Beer once that was excellent! A personal favorite of mine is an American Cream Ale, light beer but we git er done with around 7.5% alchy!! Yeah I just got the shee put back together, I spent about 3 months on it. I skipped the expense of powdercoating this time for other parts and planed to have it done next time I take her apart and then a week after I got it completely done, my neighbor told me a friend of his has a powder coat machine and a sand blaster, he told me this guy is just begging people to bring something to him to powdercoat and said he would do it for me for free!!! Oh well I

  4. I've never met anyone (including myself) that has owned a Banshee and NOT liked it! I would like to own a thumper also but would NEVER give up my shee for one... If you get it and don't like it, TRUST us Banshees are not too difficult to sell, everyone wants one because nothing compares.

  9. YUP, that's what it was!! HOLY FRIGGING SHIT MAN! Shee's fast as hell now. Shee still falls on her face just a tiny bit on the very top of the power band at WOT but that's probably just right because I'll be going up another 4000' Ft for riding wich will make her richer and possibly just right. WOOO HOOOO I'm riding again!!
  10. It's that metalic blue that "Dupicolor" makes to make things look anodized. Turns out it's not very durable at all so after a few rides it will probably look like shit, so after that I'll go get it powdercoated. thanks man!!

  12. That's exactly what I thought, thanks for the help. The reason I put the 240's in was because a friend of mine is running even smaller mains and not having a problem which seemed REALLY lean to me but I decided to try it. Before my rebuild I had drag pipes on and had never tried any other type of pipes and I was running 290 or 300's because the majority of my riding is up at 8900'. I'll switch over again, I wanted 27.5's for the pilots but havent been able to find any around here.
  13. Even at this elevation you think it's not enough compression?? Today the fuel problem is that I'm not sure if i am using my 110 octane or my can of 91 pump. I forgot to mark the can last time i filled up. Just to start fresh, I'm going to get some 91 pump and mix it correctly so I know where i'm at, I'll drop the timing back to four also.

Here are my mods: Altitude is 5280 above sea level Ricky stator plate @ +6 cool head 17 cc domes @ 135 psi 240 mains 30 pilots clip is on 3rd from blunt end mild porting, exhaust ports polished T5's Boost Bottle (probably take it off) Reed spacers (closest to motor) Current probs: immediate bog at 0 to 1/4 throttle (probably air/fuel screws, havent checked yet) Strong hard hitting power from 1/4 to 3/4 just before power band Sputters & hesitates at WOT, loses power as if a governer was kicking in. Checked plugs after 20 min. riding and nice dark (cardboard) brown. Question: Need recommendation for: Fuel/oil ratio? Jetting changes? Timing change? I have my ideas of what to do but additional thoughts are always good. Thanks

Hey, I'm having the same problem with WOT, not firing like a gun but it loses power and starts cutting out, I'm going to try some of the suggestions from this post but I do have another question; Could too much timing advance play a part or would it happen accross the throttle range if it were timing because I have great power from 1/4 to almost 3/4 throttle until I reach higher rpms and wider throttle.

I've decided for starting it she'll just have to learn how to kick it over with the other leg if it hurts too much but she probably wouldn't really go off riding without me with her anyway so I'll probably always be there. and besides that yeah, she could definitely attract some guys to help her out cause she is very good looking, watch my post " in the operating room" and you'll eventually see her.

  19. actually I have nerfs on it, and coincidently my banshee has that single lever brake set up and I had thought about doing that and converting it to hydraulic on the blaster but I have no idea where to get that type of set up because I bought my banshee like that already, 5 years ago.
  20. Thanks!! Yeah, I made the mistake of letting my step son ride my banshee, ONCE. He cartwheeled it!! Bent the axle and frame and all kinds of damage. I told him to take it easy, a banshee will eat your lunch if you don't respect it.
