  1. Well we'll see next time I go... I will usually climb anything but I JUST rebuilt and man I would be PISSSSSED if I blew her now at the beginning of the summer cause I'm out of money now and I'd be screwed. Yeah I'm already itchin to go back! I want to take my daughter and wife camping for memorial and hit maybe KP and then Seminoe but my wife may not want to go so that means I would't have anyone to watch my girl while I go ride so I'm trying to figure the whole thing out right now. I'm gonna ride regardless but hate to leave my girl behind. Where did you say you were planning on going?
  2. Yeah, good point. and yeah that hill looks pretty damn steep too. That is one thing I really liked about seminoe is you definitely can find some long hills instead of all the little 2 second tiny hills in walden.
  3. Honestly so far I like walden and seminoe equally. Actually quite different from one another. I've never been to KP though but I might be going up there for memorial just not sure where I'm going yet cause I'm by myself
  4. Yeah I imagine I would drop a load on a hill like that too if it died like that!! LOL Hey here is a quick video of it... I'll be posting another really short one here in a little while too http://www.bansheetube.com/user_video_detail.php?mId=6049
  5. I'm sure I'll probably try it but I think I'll wait until I get a pingle then...
  6. Yeah there's room to turn but it's a pretty intimidating hill! I want to nail it soooooo bad though!! Hehehe. You'll have to head up there when we go sometime.
  7. Have you been out there Jon? I'm even a little worried about rolling if I tried to whip it around but I don't know. I did take some pics but you really can't tell at all how high the hill is from them.
  8. Oh man I really liked it! A lot of people say it sucks but I'm not sure why, It's got some massive friggin hills and a LOT of dunes all over the place. Some are even a bit challenging to get to. Perfect place to go play on the beach, ride the dunes and then when you get too hot jump in the lake. Best of both worlds! I had fun and I'm kicking myself in the ass for not camping, we only did a day trip.
  9. Harbor freight probably has something like that...
  10. Ok guys so some of you locals or whomever may have tried this hill before but not many people go to this spot for some reason. It's Seminoe State Park in Wyoming. The big sand hill out there is about 800' high and very steep. I haven't tried it yet because I'm not sure if my bowls will run dry or not??? That is my question, I have stock carbs with stock crank, ported, vforce 3, cool head with 17cc domes, stock fuel valve, that's all I can think of that you may want to know... How likely am I to run my bowls dry and blow her up?? I've run lots of hills but nothing this big...
  11. Tap your carb bowls with the back end of a screwdriver and it should stop, your floats are just stuck
  12. Yeah that makes sense I just didn't know where to measure from so that's what confused me initially. Thanks a lot guys!
  13. Ok so that all makes more sense now so all this time I had bigger tires and smaller rims. But bottom line is I CAN get these new tires on my rims!! That's good. whew
  14. Ok I understand what you are saying (not trying to prove you wrong) just a little confused and would like to understand. So here is what I thought was a 11 in rim but with what you say is actually a 10" correct? Here is the 10 tire So is this a 9" rim then?? What confused me is that all these years I must have had 11" TIRES on 10" RIMS then before I just bought these new tires???
  15. Ok hold on a sec, be right back...
  16. Are you sure on that because I just measured from rim-lip to rim-lip across the diameter of the rim and it's 11 (not to mention the tires that I just took off the rims are 20x11x10. Then I measured from tire bead to tire bead across the diameter and the new tires (20x10x10) and it's 10 inches
  17. I've got all kinds of 11x10 rims and 20x11x10 tires, they're pretty common. 20 is tire rollout 11 is rim diameter bead to bead 10 is width Correct me if I'm wrong
  18. wait, no I had it right... 11 in rims and 10 in tires Rims are bigger diameter... looks like we're both out of it tonight LOL
  19. Oh yeah sorry about that... Hmmm. well hopefully it will work alright, we'll see. I just got brand new haulers today and I have some loose rims sitting freshly PC'd waiting for them but just realized they are 11 in rims and 10 in tires and I have to get them mounted tomorrow at lunch because I'm going riding on Saturday.
  20. I'm actually going tighter on the rim with a smaller diameter tire so is that still able to pop off the bead then? I could understand if I were going larger...
  21. Hey guys, so I'm a tard when it comes to tire sizes so riddle me this... Will 10 inch diameter tires squeeze onto 11 inch rims??? dee dee dee
  22. It's tricky and touchy but it also depends on which one you use. The CS2 version was CRAP! I have the brand new CS3 version and it works fine, you just have to have a pretty beefed up PC to get it to run properly.
  23. Oh ok well like we have said just make sure the guy masks them off good because especially on cases (like daj says) it can be a huge pain in the ass if you have to scrape and clean up afterwords. And yeah I understand why some people will charge quite a bit for that type of masking and I pretty much only offer the $100. price to HQ'ers. I charge more to others. It takes me around 2 hours just to mask...!
