  1. wellits only 20 degrees im just trying to break her in ,but initially i do need to choke it and a tad bit of throttle but once warmup a bit it starts with no choke at all .ive heard pilots coming@50 or so stock, are usually to rich ,i guess its rich ,but choke ing or air screw turning doesnt really make it a whole lot better if any that i can tell,iguess ill try a4 5 pilot next
  2. well guys i know this has been posted like a kazillion times,but search info doesnt specify my problem all that well. i cant get my bike runnnig decent in bottom end up to 1/4.my 28pwks come prejetted from cpw for 150 mains and 52 pilots this seemed okay at the time ,i updated my porting to a slightly higher transfer timeing and added (2) 1/4 auxilay ports in the intake box of the jugs ,now by bike is running bad at bottom end till 1/4 cant tell if its hesitation or bog ,choke doesnt tell me shit either i figured this mod would flow more fuel at lower rpms considering its a popular mod to gain bttom end back after a agressive port? am i now giving it to much fuel? so i changed to a 48 pilot stll seems not right air screws dont really do dick to change it either im kinda at a loss ,ive done she jetting a million times but these carbs are hard to read jetting on plugs seem a bit wet too im in PA. with +4 degrees and rockets with a cut head,v force any you guys know about where my pilot should be am in the ballpark ,other than bottom it runs like a scalded cat on crack!

  5. an article in skirtwheels was done 5 yrs ago on a turbo she that made 135 with stock porting and pistons all stock motor,other than turbo,the motor area looks so busy and unessecarly ugly as well as that ugly green she my GOD thats ugly,but back on topic, you might as well sa y bye bye to reliability and hello to changing topends ,that boost would lag like a bastard child and eat rings too
  6. i lightened mine to same diameter specs most guys use here but i also added 6 bored holes in its face and some other little removal tricks ,itsa very very light ,revs like a damn 80cc dirtbike (rightnow ) the lighter the better ,youll love this mod its all gain!!
  7. from what i know 62 hp is off the crank not rear wheels on the canadaian model rz350 ,the hp numbers wont be a whole lot different than yfz350 # ,dont get me wrong they are hella better than yfz350 motors ! horsepower really doesnt mean dog crap , powervalves rock
  8. why dont you take your slide out unscrew the two philips head nuts in it and see if the clip is snapped into the needle be sure when you reinstall the slides your cutaway faces the airbox and theyre in sync rising and falling ,this should be an easy fix if its not your slide your needles fuct somehow :blink:if you have the correct mains for your carb theres really no reason needles shouldnt fall into teh main jet holes in base of your carb intake??????????????
  9. id run premium pump gas every fill up on it,also you would technically require a slight richer jetting for new advanced spark and faster revs need more fuel (flywheeel) it shouyldnt be very much of a jetting change though! these mods will be the best money you ever spent very noticable gains!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. carb slides arent in wrong carbs,are they? its possible to fuc^ that up! if all else fails pull out slides see if your clip has come off the needles ! they can pop off and drop that needle by alot!

  12. your tors removal kit has screw nutson top of carb caps, that adjust the slides one of your slides cant go down anymore while the other is up all the way this puts your needle grossly out of sync ,adjust those nuts so both needles and slides rise and fall at same throttle positions ,call toomey racing theyll talk you through it if this doesnt make sense to you , look through air filter hole with filter removed of coarse!, in your airbox and be sure theyr in sync and seat all teh way down when throttle lever is not applied
  13. i want a -1"shifter but the chromed lever i really like doesnt offer one for a -1"she does anyone know of a machines shifter that defiitely works on a she thats just a tad(1") shorter than a she stock shifter ,blasters too short and id really like to get this chrome shifter they make em for all current production bikesand 250rs, but i dont see a shorty version for a she???????????

  15. one other thing yo u should check is the silencer thats right the silencer as fuct as tha t sound s sometimes its all blown out(fiberglass packing) in one can and this can affect jetting and richness of one cylinder in comparison to another ,its possible

  17. i think macdizzy did a lt80 with porting bigger carb intake yadda yadda dyoed @18 somethin hp ,it smoked a blaster and could carry an grown adult at 45 mph easily
  18. all you she owners out there, your wasteing our money ,if we want to go really fast we need to go down to the stealership and get a new 450r ,it beats a banshee by like 4 bike lengths and has higher top speed than a yfz 450 , thers no point in trying to argue about it guys , honda really came through on this one!! all bikes pay tribute to the ladybug cause they rock!
  19. also i forgot to mention my 450r with the hrc kit now beats a stock banshee by 4 lengths and has a slightly higher top speed, so I KNOW its faster top speed then a stock yfz PERIOD 312331[/snapback] WOW !!!!!YOU MEAN TO TELL US YOUR PIPED HIGH RISED CAMMED 450 CC LADYBUG CAN BEAT A STOCK 350CC SHE WOW AND IT HAS A HIGHER TOP SPEED THA N A STOCK YFZ . YOU MUST BE LIKE THE FASTEST GUY AROUND MAN WE ARE AMAZED YOUR HOPPED UP BIKE CAN BEAT OTHER STOCK MACHINES ,GREAT KILL MAN

  21. you better race em i na drag first ,youll surely miss that midrange punch and be settleing for a bit duller powerband ,if you want a dual sport dirtbike evr think about a klx650? if your gonna get a 4 stroek might as well have some grunt in there
  22. you have a ported she with t5s and you lost? you shouldve won by several bike lengths unless your opponent and you have drasticly different rider weights (300lbs)
  23. your not going to be burning your legs unless your trying to have intercoarse with your gas tank,and yes there big but its not sticking out so bad that your getting hung up on stuff in the woods ! fitment could be a bit better from my experiance but the chrome is really spectacular ,it would make a harley biker jealous,and as far as performance if you like d the cpis your gonna like the rockets ,i prefer a shorter silencer and opted to cut 3" off the length and reriveted ,all in all, its a very nice kit for a good price ,for mid to top end i much pre fer rockets over the t5 kits ive ridden in the past rockets pull hard on top ,very hard and high strung!!
