  1. if yo u wanna know more about the zilla and its performance go to everything2stroke.com and youll see what theyre all about
  2. yes ,the lighter flywheel will improve snap and response.... the higher compression will increase torque most noticably in low end and midrange ,faster acceleration and much stronger starts
  3. .010 isnt going ot do shit ,.....mill off .035 and polish your domes and squish band .i dont know why everyone is so afraid to go more than .025 ...theres plenty of clearance for this on a stock OEM head at TDC
  4. if you truely have it cut for -.060 your piston will hit your head ,its not a question of weather yo uneed race gas ,run it like that and youll need a new topend as well. thats too tight a clearance and will detonate regardless of fuel and when the engine gets hot the rods actually stretch and will cause it to hit at high rpms ,you need atleast .032 clearance or your gonna have big problems eventually
  5. its like I always say :there are over 3 billion women on this planet.. now why would you waste another minute of your short life chasing after one crazy one that isnt even right for you? lifes way too short and there are more fish in the sea brother, better more attractive fish who wil lbe good to you just waiting for a good guy who will treat them right .
  6. good porting and a lighter flywheel
  7. The best thing you can do is instead of looking at what you dont have or lost in life ...look at what yo u do have ,when yo uget up i nthe morning yo u can open your eyes ,you can hear the birds ..and see and your legs work to get you out of bed ,you have food and a roof over you ,Start looking for little things and youll soon realize you got a good setup compared to alot of others in this world... theres a huge amount of people who would kill, give, or do absolutely anything to have your life. rise up out of your pity party and rememebr that theres 3 billion +women on this planet ,now are yo u gonna waste away another day of your life wishing or wondering about one crazy one that wasnt right for you in the first place ?...or will you go out and get right back in the game to get the right one ? dont forget weve all been where you are at at some time in our lives .Life is 99% attitude. so be patient and good luck
  8. you can definitly mill more than .020 off the head with no problems. jetting should be around 270 to 290 mains . approx 40 rwhp if its jetted right
  9. it all goes back to the old saying : if it claims to work a miracle .... it would be a miracle if it works
  10. if yo u want to run pump gas then youd be better off just milling the stock head for 20ccc IMO ,if your gonna run a coolhead then noss is the only way to go IMO .David is a good guy and his design is far superior to prodesign or other heads
  11. as long as the jetting looks good ..it sounds like your reaching the limitations of your port configuration ,in other words you need more power to prevent bogging in the high gears .alot of people who ride dunes tend to say 10 paddle haulers are better suited for atleast 60 hp and up
  12. if by jet fuel yo u mean 100ll aviation fuel ....then yes it is an excellent fuel choice for 2 stroke engines
  13. I like my FZR1000 clutch the best ,but barnett work really good on a mild banshee from what ive seen
  14. ebay is cheapest , they sell for like 109$ ,do not go .080 over ..go over only as need to clean up and straighten the bore ,youll gain practically no power by being 80 over (maybe only 2hp). youd be just wasteing good bores that youll surely need down the road . if yo uwant more power then port your cylinders instead .
  15. if he is running t6 on a good dune port hes losing a ton of power because those pipes are designed for a much lower exhaust duration ,his peak hp and rpm will be limited alot ,but then again kenz isnt known for porting banshees either ,so it may be really close .sems odd to take a set of jugs to a guy who specializes in 4 pokes engines to me but hey....
  16. common jetting for that is 150mains and 50 pilots with cel needle in middle clip ,ive ran 55 pilots on a OEM cylinder dune port with no problems to me a 55pilot isnt really very big ..but anyways you wont blow your bike up by running a lean pilot so dont be afraid to drop her down till it clears up ,im not a big fan of cel needles i prefer the DEK 's ,but it sounds to me l ike you need to go down to a 48 pilot and see if it improves ,try the choke trick to see what she wants for fuel ,sometimes low rpm hesatation can act like a bog and make yo u wanna pull your hair out
  17. yo u will run the risk of leaning out even if your jetting is right a 2stroke is not meant for long durations of time at peak rpm so id count to 10 and let off if i was you, besides 80mph on a quad is fast enough and dangerous . traction is gonna be your best bet -you got the power needed to win ,but its a matter of getting it all to the ground ... thats going to decide the outcome MO
  18. stator price?????
  19. yes cubs have an awesome design ,but theres a lot of casting flaws in cubs just like OEM cylinders also the port timing varies from cylinder to others ,also theres a few other ways to get them to perform better too without disturbing the durations . IMO a drag ported cub is going to have an advantage over one out of the box or one thats just touched up. cubs suck to port though... probably due to their high silica content and the nickle plate bore.theres a guy on planet sand who has dynoed his ported stock stroke 392cub @ 94 rwhp on gas but your probably gonna be closer to 80 without extensive port work and dyno time to tweak it in
  20. just because a engine is ported and polished doesnt mean it wil lbe more "pipey" in fact if its done correctly yo u will have more torque and a much wider powerband for mx or woods porting can be taylored to suit a given target power delivery ..theres more than one way to skin a cat
  21. id never use paper gaskets ,i like cometic steel coated gaskets ,no chance of tearing or poor sealing IMO if you do run the cheapo paper variety lightly coat both sides with automotive grease to be sure theres a nice tight seal .
  22. i respectfully disagree ....stock is not 9500 ,thsoe 25lb boat anchor pipes will barely rev past 8 grand
  23. for a production aspect ..youd really benefit from a cnc mill but thats alot of capitol to initially spend when yo u start a business like yours.good luck and dont be afraid to take a chance ,some of the biggest most profitable companies in the wrold started in some guys garage with his buddies
  24. highly modifed banshees can hit 12k ...turbo banshees can reach over 13k a piped one might hit 9k and a stocker maybe 8k  they have no rev limiter ,so it varies depending on what state of tune the motor is in .
