Make sure the pressure plate is not stripped in the center, just happened to me last Sunday and had to have the shop at the Badlands weld it so I could ride!!It got pretty hot so I am replacing the rod and ball also their cheap enough. Got the new parts today to fix it Monday so its ready to go next weekend!Why did you take the motor apart you can get it out by using a auto pencil magnet and pul it out?

if all the gears on the back line up your pressure plate was not put on correctly, take off the the 6 screws and rotate the pressure plate to get it on farther.

well I have been using the 22" dual sport realtors and they are flippable for sand or dirt. I switched to Klaws for mx I am selling these if int on Douglas Blue Labels just about 3 rides on them 130 shipped.I am going to take pics and post after I clean them this weekend.

Carb bowls are not swapped and it would not matter when its warm, Air filter clean.Took off outerwears no change and its clean also. as far as needles don't think that would effect it at idle.But you never know with these Shee's!!!! :: I would swap him mine to check but hes got the fucking tors on there still, Hopefully we can get another friends with tors to check it.

I just thought about it and we swapped the plug wires and it didn't help so I would say the flywheel is out the question thats why I thought some type of carb issue. didn't check the floats but never messed with them and no fuel coming out of the overflows

would that cause 1 side to be weak? without effecting the other. its strong. What should the gap be if you know?
