I have a owner of 2 strokes for 20 years it doesn't matter which goes where the stealerships and builders will tell you anything you want to hear so they sound technical,its up to you if you take all that bullshit in.I know better I have had to re-piston alot of 2 strokes in my past and it don't mean jack which side you put them in unless they are bored different sizes.they can mark them l/r or 1/2 whatever.

stock airbox main 260, if you open it up and add a k&n go up to 280, 27.5 piilot fmf likes a fat pilot circuit, run the needle clips down one, you should be good to go

you get carbs off a 2003 jetted for toomeys 280 main and toomey 6 slot needles I will include the tops to protect he needles but the cables have been cut, all you have to do id take off the tops adn swap them out for your bottoms and your ready to ride. If they both stuck open I would look at the junction where the cables come together or the single part of the cable for kinks or rust. Spray some penetrating oil down from the top at the throttle.
