  1. Hopefully I can get some dyno time in soon. I may do that instead of going to sandfest. I'd definitely like to see the numbers from these pipes as well as others. Sandman you test these pipes and find out for yourself if you like them or not. If we based our decision solely on what the big name guys used, we wouldn't use rocket or trinity as well as many other good pipes.
  2. Sheesh am I that predictable.
  3. Good find Cole.
  4. I'll be there if I get my tank in time. Shouldn't be a problem though. Test, tune and break in for me though.
  5. Just a good all around dune motor. I don't think a banshee even stock is good for trails.
  6. Not near as many as the Toomey T5's, and I defintely think the Trinity's are better on a built motor than the T5's. Then again this is not a 4mm motor built for drags. If it was it would be totally different. It would have a full drag port, 39mm carbs, custom pipes and at least an 8 inch swinger etc..
  7. It was from a +2 swinger. I think 108 links is stock. My paypal addy is [email protected]. Drop 35 in there and it will ship out in the morning. Make sure your address is listed on there. Thanks.
  8. A smooth track you will get better times with struts, a rougher track you will get better times with a nitro or sprung shock. You can even get the Marvins where you can adjust the nitrogen compression for different tracks.
  9. You really need to learn to do it yourself. It's not near as hard as you think. You should be able to replace the waterpump gear in about 15 minutes.
  10. Also comes with new master link and clip, 35 shipped.
  11. 520 atv D.I.D. X-ring Used a couple hours, comes with new masterlink and clip. 35 shipped.
  12. As for a good price on them PM rocketpig on here, he can get you a real good deal. As for power, they come on later than the fatty's and have a lot wider power band, these really are a great dune pipe. As for quality, nothing comes close and you will be able to see that for yourself. I'm not sure on your porting specs either but you want to go with something that compliments your exhaust port timing and this is really the hard part. Here's the thing, Trinity offers a 30 day money back guarantee if you want to return them for any reason, no questions asked. Can't beat that. Your jetting should be really close between the 2 as well. Just do the typical plug check/chop to confirm though. My guess is you will be more than pleased with them over the fatty's for your riding style. Any other questions, feel free to ask. On a side note, your pretty much in the same boat as for quality with the other pipes as well. That's something I've bitched about for years. All the 4 smokes get the high quality pipes while we are stuck with this mild steel, riveted, rusting, mid pipe non sealing pos. Sorry don't mean to offend anyone's pipes, just the way I feel. If my pipes don't perform well with my motor ima have to fork out some cashola to get a good quality custom stainless set made before I think I can buy anything currently out there.
  13. Not only were a lot of the people of NO ignorant to the warnings, so was the government. But really no one knows exactly where it's going to hit. The thing is we knew it was going to hit somewhere. We knew there were going to be people that would stay behind for various reasons. We knew there would be looting etc.. It was just poor preparation from the government and the people. Problem is the government has paid agencies to be ready/prepared/trained/and the resources to do what their suppose to do, we have military that could have been in there to restore order and evac within hours. I don't blame the war in Iraq, I've been lead to believe we can fight 2 wars on 2 different fronts at the same time. That's what we have, lets get it taken care of. We are finally doing now what we should of been doing immediately.
  14. Well the topic can be debated from both sides no doubt. I remember the gulf war and all the unexpected refugee's and those that surrendered was overhwelming as well. I know what the military is capable of doing in a shorter period of time. If the military would of been as ready as all the media to go in after the hurricane, a lot of this mayhem could of been prevented.
  15. It's the drivers fault bo doubt. Kinda reminds me of people injure/kill themselves, kids, others, risking everything for a fkn bunny rabbit or a 50cent dog in the road.
  16. That's hillarious right there. Dude prolly has another shopping cart full of steaks. That stuffs good ya know. Have to get a long stick and set a building on fire to cook them. Isn't that the gods truth Stan. On a side note, looks like the pres/gov, fema and a few other people/agencies gonna catch some hell for the delay. We respond quicker to refugee's from country's we bomb better than we do in our own country. WTF?
  17. Yea, BTW Jeff, what time you picking me up?
  18. If you wouldn't leave me hangin, you would have 2 now. Thanks anyway.
  19. Word! Plus he has the long plugs that won't drop inside the jacket.
  20. Where do you think the little guy gets his gas? From little Joe's oil company? This problems goes way beyond the big oil company's/marketers. Anyway look what the European's pay for gas, that's why they don't drive Hummers. You want to boycot, go buy a hybrid.
  21. Excellent for dunes, that's all I ride. I don't need momentum, if I'm off the gas then I must be on the brakes. lol, it might look good but it's hard on my ass.
  22. Doesn't even have to be hard pack. I don't care what kind of tires a banshee is running, don't race a dirt bike on a gravel road. Those things flat cut down to the hard stuff while were still spinning on top. Traction is key!!
  23. Yea I guess it could be sealed on the inner side of those inner bearings to possibly seal between the two sides. I don't think it would be good to fully seal those inner bearing though as they would have no constant lubrication. Even if totally sealed in grease, I wonder how long they would last at high rpms and less heat dissipation. Good pics btw. EDIT: Also as for case pressure I think there is very little info on what is actually going on and probably only the manufacturers realize their is minimal if any loss or basically not worth the hassle worrying about a perfect seal between the 2 sides. From my understanding is that crank case pressures are pretty low and fluctuate rapidly ,of course, from a negative to a postivie pressure. I guess if one side pulls from another, it's still an oil gas mix and their shouldn't be any ill affects if it's just a couple ml of volume, even if that. Isn't that the truth and I forgot to mention that in the instructions, you know someone will be squirting the hell out of the motor to find that huge ass leak.
