  1. So by this statement, the Cheetah Cub should be really hard to tune? Probably one of the easiest motors I've ever tuned on.
  2. Here's what the ps3 will be compatible with since you didn't know. Blu-ray Disc format--including that format's BD-ROM (read only), BD-R (write-once), and BD-RE (rewritable) discs. SACD, DVD-Video, DVD-ROM, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, CD-R/RW, CD-ROM, Audio CDs, and Dual-Disc. Also backwards compatibe with ps1 and 2. There is word that the x-box 360 does have some heat issue's. Here's a good link form PC World mag on the PS3, it's also 1080(progressive compatible) so it shouold have incredible graphics on a 1080p HDTV. The word is that it will surpass anything on the market at it's release, even top PC systems won't be able to match it's gaming ability. Nvidia says until they release their next updated pc units.LINK
  3. Good!! I know you can be bought.
  4. I hate when that happens.
  5. I kind of want the frame to blend in v/s stand out. So I'll stay grey or maybe someday do the powder chrome or do the color of Travis's frame. He may not give up the color.
  6. Yea, Merry Christmas everyone!!! <~~egg nog
  7. Keep up the good work RP!!! Tell your boss he needs to be more competitivly priced on his parts. Then again your overhead costs are probably more than any other builders. Merry Christmas to you and the crew!!
  8. Lightened flywheels are beneficial anytime you are on the gas. Off the gas, your flywheel will transfer it's momentum to your crank. The less the flywheel weighs the faster your motor will drop in rpm when off the throttle. Though the lighter it is the faster it will build the rpm. Remember that rotational mass takes energy to build and to maintain. That means less power to the back wheels, on the throttle.
  9. Word!!
  10. The one who can deliver on YOUR expectations the best.
  11. I personally wouldn't waste my money like that. First things first, you need pipes if you want performance. Sure you will gain performance but it will be minimal compared to what it could be.

  13. Just wondering if anyone is going or if anyone has been during the x-mas holiday? I'm thinking about doing a 1 day trip this Saturday. If anyone's been, is it very busy? The more the merrier for me. Anyone feel like meeting up, lemme know.
  14. If your not looking for a lot of bottom and want something that hits the pipe between the toomey's and shearer's, take a look at the Trinity's. Excellent with mods and the others can't compare to the quality.
  15. I would say absolutely get the 4mil. If you have to replace the crank anyway, why not? Like Odaen said you can probably find some good used cylinders already ported for the 4mil for fairly cheap.
  16. 62 with 37 ft lbs torque
  17. I had the stock crank before, when I built the cub I went with the 4mil.
  18. Kodak Z760, 6.1mp at Wal-mart for around 200 dollars, awesome camera!!!
  19. I have the Sony MiniDv handycam and it has just about every hook-up option available. I went with the MiniDv for 2 reasons, record time and editing options. The mini DVD discs are more expensive than the tapes and have half the recording time of the MiniDv. The MiniDv records at a higher frame per second as well which gives you greater editing options. The MinidDVD does have more conveniece though, when your done just slap it into your dvd player and that's it. So it's a choice of convenience v/s better quality and editing control/options.
  20. My old cylinders, stock and/or ported at any stage of modification cannot compare with the low-end of my 421 cub. So with a comment of the 421 being gutless below 5 grand, the stock banshee is even more so!
  21. Looks like some hack work.
  22. Those pipes should work excellent!! I'm not a big fan of their quality but the performance is good.
  23. I second Jeff as well. He hooked me up with everything I needed and followed up as I was doing my build to make sure things went smooth. He had all my stuff sitting at my front door in less than a week. Can you say FAST!!!! Anybody had their builder call them to see how things were going during your build? I did!
  24. He was on a couple weeks ago. You might do a search, there's a post with his number somewhere.
