  1. I have the stock head, Elevation is around 1000 feet above sea level. No domes and I dont know if it was ported, the edges of the ports have been smoothed and appear to have been rounded. Forgot to mention, I have Trinity stage 4 intakes, 35mm carbs and k & N Filters with outerwares. The stroker came with the spacer plate and longer studs.
  2. I finally got the Banshee put back together and checked the compression. It only had 120 pounds of compression on both cylinders. It now has 69.5mm pistons, and a Wiseco 4mm stroker. Do these numbers sound right? other than the pistons, and crank everything is stock in the engine.
  3. I am getting ready to but my banshee back together and happened to break 2 of the studs off in the top half of the case. I am going to have to drill them out but was wondering what you think would be better to put in for new threads a Helicoil or a keensert? What kind of torque will the helicoil hold? I know that the nut on the stud gets torqued to 20ft/lbs. Someone told me that a helicoil isnt good for much over that. Thanks for any help
  4. I just plan on playing in some powerlines, some trails, Not really looking for top end. I dont think it is ported, when It was rebuilt the first time We had the vito's 404 kit installed. The crankshaft went out killing my new pistons. I was just wondering if the pipes would hold it back too much? Thanks for the help
  5. I am in the process of putting my Banshee back together and need to know what exhaust would be best? I currently have it bored to 69.5mm with a 4mm stroker. It is fed by a pair of pwk 35mm carbs and Trinity stage 4 intakes. The exhaust I already have is a set of FMF fatty pipes and silencers. Will the pipes I have work on my bike or do I need a set of "Big-Bore" pipes? when I get the bike running will I see any difference between Pump gas and race fuel? Thanks
  6. There is not much of a power-band, my brothers stock warrior will out run me. I think the carbs are syncronised, they both open and close at the same time. Would the tors being removed incorrectly do this?
  7. Thats the thing, Sometimes the right side will run then 10 minutes the left side will run and the rught side wiss cut out. That is with both cylinders running brand new plugs.
  8. I have an 89 Banshee that has T5 pipes, a jet kit and been bored over, since I got it it has not run on 2 cylinders. One cylinder runs fine and the other one just pops occasionally. I put a new stator on it, checked the cdi, and the coil. The TORS was removed when I got it. Any help?
