  1. That may be right, but give them a call (928) 771-9363 . I've yet to hear of anyone stripping the splines on them.
  2. We might need to go ahead and start a carpal tunnel support fund for you. lol Congrats!!
  3. 32" LG widescreen lcd. Of course I don't sit at a desk when on the computer. I sit in a lazy boy recliner with the keyboard in my lap.
  4. If I remember correctly my RPM hub has a steel splined insert so it's not splined aluminum as the aluminum may be soft and wear the splines quicker. No problems so far and if I did there is no doubt RPM would replace it free of charge.
  5. Did it get hot? I don't like the color of those plugs, looks to me like at some point the jetting was close but then they got real hot. Best guess with the info is a lean condition that caused it to overheat.
  6. Actually doing a Talimena ride on the bikes Easter weekend. If you guys go anytime this summer though let me know! Not sure how long it will take me to get my tranny fixed. Looks like a may have to split the cases. Won't take long, just need to get the motivation to do it.
  7. Glad everyone had a good trip. I'm totally pissed beyond words that I couldn't make it. I guess I could of putted around in 1st and 2nd gear, hell would of been better than moping around the damn house depressed all weekend. All I can say is there will be a next time.
  8. Hunsacker quick fill jugs, come in 3 sizes. LINK I like the big can, cept I can't fill my quad by myself when it's full. I'm a wimp. It is see through and has the measurements on the side.
  9. Those are pretty prominenet in Oklahoma. If you have other spiders in your home, you will also have recluse's. They feed on other spiders. Years ago I moved into a country rent house that was empty for about 6 months. I saw a few of them around but thought no big deal. Till one night I woke up with something crawling on my back. I slowly got up, shrugged my shoulders, turned on the light and sure enough, a recluse. The wife woke up, I called my dad and said were coming over, I have a spider problem. Anyway I got the house sprayed the next day. Freakin things were crawling out from everywhere and dying. I collected all I could find on the floor and it filled an 8oz cup to the rim with dead bodies. Talk about an infestation. I never got bit, that I know of, knock on wood.
  10. You will have to pull the top plate of your head off. The domes will have the size engraved on the back. You really need to know this for future reference.
  11. I used the barnett's with my last motor. I thought they were a pretty good clutch cause I did'nt have or experience any slippage. I had about 4 hours use on them and that's it. When I did my cub build I thought I would continue to use the barnett's since they were still new. Nope things were almost gone, wore smooth with no grooves. I couldn't believe it. I use Jeff's system now and my oil isn't all muddied up like the barnett's would do.
  12. You want a front tire that floats on the sand and doesn't sink down and push it around. Knobbies are generally too thin (footprint), made of hard rubber and will do just that. I run 22x8x10 and they have a wide footprint. They leave very little , if any, impression in the sand.
  13. I wish I was, just watched the weather, said a snow storm in northern new mexico is headed this way.
  14. Sheesh now their talking snow in the forecast, wtf.
  15. I will have to head out pretty early Saturday, after the BHQ picture. I got to be in OKC by 2:30.
  16. Sometimes it's just hard to get your nut off!!!
  17. You need to use a little heat. I would use one of those mini micro torches. Heat the nut up just a tad, going in circles over it for about 10 seconds then try zipping it off with the impact. Once you get it off, put some anti-sieze on the threads when you torque the nut back on.
  18. Ok it's validated, let the burning commence!!!!!
  19. Where do they make this statement as to inform prospective customers? Their web site mentioned it had only been tested with the stock electrical components, including the stator.
  20. Good new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone probably needs to validate this as well. OKLAHOMA CITY The statewide burn ban is being lifted in all 77 counties by Governor Brad Henry _ but he's still urging Oklahomans to be cautious with fires. The governor said today that significant rainfall during the past few days led experts to recommend lifting the ban on outdoor burning that was first issued in November. And Henry says even though the burn ban is no longer in place residents should remain vigilant in guarding against the threat of wildfires. More than 27-hundred wildfires have burned more 557-thousand acres statewide since November first. Copyright 2006 Associated Press. All rights reserved. 21. I used Trinity domes in my pro-design head. Give Dave Noss a shout I'm sure he can hook you up. I don't think Trinity heads require Trinity domes.
  22. The temperature forecast is pissing me off. Been hot all winter and now it's gona decide to get effin cold. They better lift the fire ban!!
