  1. Yea I think I've polished everything there is to polish (on the banshee), except one thing and that was the rear caliper. I had a ride to go to and didn't have time to finish it, so i'll get to it sometime. As for tutorails, I may look at doing some if it seems to be in demand. Heres my bike I did. I didn't do the rims though.cbr929
  2. Thanks, I should of cleaned them up a little before the pic, but would of been a waste of time. God knows they don't stay clean while installing them. Thanks for the info too.
  3. Thanks, this should do it cept I don't know how to post the pic to the page. Got the link though. Polished Juggs
  4. Awesome!!! I'm registering now. Hey can you post a bigger pic of your quad. Looks like the rear fenders are cut and I'm possibly interested in doing the same. Thanks. I'll get my juggs on here too.
  5. Also the smoothies at the bottom of the page are great for dremmels.
  6. I use to kill myself polishing stuff until I found these. Man they take the work out of it and actually make it enjoyable. They work very well with eneven surfaces. They come in 3 different coarse combinations. Check this link and you will see them on there. You actually use them on a pnuematic angle die grinder, kind of like a dremmel but a lot stronger and faster. Abrasive selection page
  7. oops, didn't work. I guess I don't know how to post a pic from hard drive on here or if it will even work.
  8. Check Rocky Mountain atv at this link Pro-Design Cool Head Gasket KIt
  9. Heres a set I did, they are just finger printed up from getting them ported.
  10. Looks good!!! Have you ever tried those 3m Scotchbrite roloc discs. They come in different sizes like 2" and up. There have different coarse pads and used with an angle air grinder sure takes a lot of the handwork out of it.
  11. Thats how great inventions are made. If it works be sure and let me know.
  12. Hey thanks, been wondering about that. If I didn't spend so much time in here I could watch the news.
  13. Yea Duner, totally agree with that. Of course the forging process has improved tremendously or should I say the machining tolerances have greatly improved. Of course not all forged pistons are equal same with cast. Though much has improved with casting also with pressure die casting allowing close tolerances of .0004 and thats not a typo. If a forged piston could maintian such tight tolerances I feel there would be no need for cast pistons at all. Theres a lot of benefits to gain from such tight tolerances.
  14. I prefer to ride with thumpers, less sand gets on my shee.
  15. I just use dawn dishwash soap. works freakin great with no smelly mess.
  16. Looks like I'm going to weekend after TG, It's usually busier then since some people have 4 day weekends. The only thing I can do right now is cruise the dunes and drag. No big jumps till my surgery heals.
  17. Someone get that pussy some pussy.
  18. Quicksand does make some killer a-arms and swings for an awesome price. I would have a set right now if it wasn't for Jannsens upper a-arm billet bracket. I'm such a billet junkie. Also I think quicksand has the best heim joint design out there right now. Especially with all the crappy one's floating around. Kudo's to Quicksand
  19. I have some 22's for a cool head, dunno if they are interchangeable or not. Let me know if interested though.
  20. I found these a while back and thought they were really cool. I ordered 2 of their regular ones and one Chrome Junky T, now they finally have the Banshee print back in stock. I think I'm going to get 2 of those. Pretty cool, check it. For all I know these people may be BHQ members. Banshee Got Chrome T-shirt
  21. My billet intake still didn't space the carbs out enough and ended up having to also purchase the reed spacer 5/8'' to clear the clutch arm. Just something to be prepared for. If you need some UPP carb to airbox adapters, let me know, I ended up not using mine. There for 34-35mm carbs. I found it real difficult to get in there and adjust the carbs because of the very tight fit. I just eliminated the airbox all together and what a difference it made.
  22. Woah, I don't mean to flame anybody but that's how rumours and misinformation gets passed along. The last post is a total misrepresentation of each pistons quality's. Sorry MotulMonsta but people need accurate info to make the best decisions. Check the link below, most excellent and accurate information regarding cast and forged pistons. Cast Versus Forged Pistons
  23. Yea the NOS stickers add the most power, especially when the sticker is on a bottle.
  24. Thats some stuff I've also heard good things about, couldn't remember the name though. I'll give it a try also. I've also heard some stuff about aluminum sealer and you only have to polish like once every few years. Never talked to anyone that's tried it though so I'm skeptical cause it's pricey if it doesn't work.
  25. Make sure your talking about the right stuff. Check this link, It's $12.95 on there. Billet Mother's Polish
