Checked it many times.. Even pulled it all back apart and still ohms out the same.. No tors on the bike but it does look like Iam gonna have to dig in the harness.. Havn't really made any changes at all to the harness.. Atleast not to the ignition side.. Have dinked with the light crap but that was quite a while ago as well.. Just don't understand why that stator seemed be be checking out good.. Put it on and kick it around and now it reads like its shot.. :: RIPPEN

Last fall the bike ran great last trip out and it wasn't untill several weeks later that I found I had no spark.. Going against my gut feeling I pulled the motor out for the winter build-up and figured I would track down the problem later.. The other day I tested the stator and it read like 117 on one set of terminals and nothin on the other.. Ok cool, buddy had a used stator, checked it and it read 116 on one set and 16 on the other set.. Slap it on.. Kick her a few times and it sounds like there is no spark.. WTF, checked the stator again and now it reads 116 on the one set and jack shit on the other.. So now Iam really like WTF! Anyone know what the hell the deal maybe??? RIPPEN

Well I think I finaly got it figured out.. But it still seems F-ed up. The quality of pics arn't that great and shits still a little goofey.. Iam gonna mess with it a bit more.. Thanks for your help Travis!!! RIPPEN

Climbs got the right idea.. All you need to do is get header wrap and wrap the pipe where the filters are REALLY close or touching.. I got the stuff thats basicly like a cloth material.. Wraped'em up and held the ends with hose clamps, WALA problem solved.. I could get pics up maybe by this weekend if interested.. RIPPEN

No, its cool Travis.. Yeah it has a play/edit function and I was in that and everyothere setting-LOL Also in the menu of the cam it had a "picture bridge" enable /disable funtion and I tried all that.. Still nothin.. Your leakdown kit didn't come with plugs for both intake and exh? Most testers I have seen you plug off one intake(guage adapter goes in other) and then cap off the exh.. If you don't have plugs for the intakes you can get something to work from the hardware store to get you by.. Last year when I was kinda making a kit I found PVC plumbing caps that worked nice.. Was 140 the reading you got in both cyl's for the comp check? RIPPEN

A long time ago I remember seeing a vid of a supercharged banshee.. They seem to be far more rare than a turbo setup.. Ill see if I can dig one of those vids up somewhere.. As I remember I think the site where I found the vid was for a shop that sells the set-ups or somethin.. Ill see what I can find.. RIPPEN

I was a bit to drunk last night to comment on this gem... Mayweather wouldn't stand a chance in hell.. Sure he would do somewhat ok on his feet as boxing is a good skill for MMA guys to have BUT.. I bet he wouldn't know how to handle leg kicks, high kicks, front kicks(you get tthe point).. Then they go to the ground.. Mayweather would have VERY little power on the ground and would get submitted so fuckin fast he wouldn't know what hit him. I have more respect for a fighter that fights 3 or 5- 5 minute rounds of HARD fighting over a fighter that fights 12-3 min rounds of dancing.. I hope he comes to UFC, be great to see a sombrero sporting shit talker get dropped down to size and on his big goofey ass head.. Could you imagine.. Mayweather Vs a 155 BJ Penn.. Phfft.. RIPPEN

MMA in general is actually safer in the long run (believe it or not) than boxing.. Sharp K.O.' s or submission are allot less harder on a fighter than hundreds of hits like in boxing.. And after last nights boxing match MMA is funner to watch to! IMO :biggrin: As far as the choke goes.. Iam ok with it. A fighter has the oportunity to stop the fight at any second.. He feels he is gonna go out, all he has to do is tap.. If he stays there and lets himself be put out its basicly his choice and the ref's are good to stop the fight when needed(sometimes to early). I can uderstand where your coming from saying it seems like the easy way out.. To people that haven't been watching it very much its sometimes hard to see what guys are doing or trying to do on the ground. Sometimes they are just layin there but usually they are trying to manipulate the other guy and with how strong and skill most are its a difficult thing to do.. As said above, these guys train hard to use/defend chokes and submission's.. Back in the day, the majority of fighters were these barroom brawlers that would come in and just try to knock guys out before they became tired, tank abbot is one example.. Then you had fighter like Royce that was killer on the ground but lacked striking and KO power.. With fighters in UFC or MMA today they strive to be "well rounded" and it makes things MUCH more interesting.. Haveing skill on the feet and ground is the only way your gonna be able to see who the best fighters are.. If anything I would change the rules and lose the elbows.. Seen allot of fights in the past get stopped because of cuts resulting from elbows.. That shit always sucks.. RIPPEN
