Go cheap and your more than likely going to get a inacurate reading.. Read through this thread.. There are some GOOD ones recomended and I think would really help you  http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...ression+testers RIPPEN

Oh yep, your closer.. Right around 600lbs... The OUTLANDER however is listed as dry at 657lbs.. Tomorrow Iam gonna check out the dirt wheels artical where I thought it said 700.. Anyways its a tank-LOL.. RIPPEN

I believe they are right around 700 pounds.. They do run good.. On a gravel road with the ren in 4 wheel I think its safe to say it would work a banshee.. BUT Iam thinking on other serfaces if a Banshee was slightly modded and had someone that could ride well it(ren) would be behinde but right on his ass.. The run good but they do weigh 700+.. I got a chance to ride one in Idaho and it was kind of a trip.. PLENTY of power and duned suprisingly well.. Only time you really noticed the weight was when you thought the wheels were gonna come off the ground over a hill or on somewhat of a sharp turn.. Then you could feel it. RIPPEN

I know of a guy that went through two sets of those pipes.. The weld split both times... If your looking for a good all around pipe and dont want the T-5s I would go with the PC's.. The few bikes I know that have ran them ran well and like the T-5s sounded really good.. RIPPEN

looking for a temp guage for my shee
RIPPEN replied to peterlocal22's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I personaly would not run that guage either, its not going to be that accurate IMO.. The most acurate and easiest place to put a probe or sensore is gonna be the hose comming out of the head.. Granted where that guage is gonna sit is going to be close to where the coolant is coming in but even at that I would imagine where the cap is, is a "cool" spot compared to the hose exiting the head.. looking for a temp guage for my shee

With the placement of where mine is, I found out I didn't really need to hoock up my light.. The light from the headlights actually light it up enough to see easly... Iam sorry but with the inline ones I don't see a guy getting as much out of it as far as convienience.. I hardly ever look at my guage while stoped.. I like to keep a eye on it when Iam having to lug in some trails a bit, between passes dragging, and between climbs.. It it reads 180-190 I know Iam good for another pass but 195-200 is pushing.. Its nice to glance forward and know.. RIPPEN -

The vid you found was actually my "compilation" vid from last year.. So those are allot of the better clips but linked what I got below.. First vid is actually my latest.. My bike now has a 4mill again ported by Jeff at F.A.S.T. so it does run quite a bit better in this vid, than in others.. http://media.putfile.com/Back-In-Saddle-9 Vid from sept last year http://media.putfile.com/Snowy-Walden Labor day weekend.. http://media.putfile.com/Climbing-Laboryday Kind of a blooper vid.. http://media.putfile.com/eatin-sand Little footage at the end of this clip also.. This was when I first got it going and was still to fat. http://media.putfile.com/DRAGSHILLS-71 RIPPEN

I wish I was a custom builder  .. Realisticly man what your after is not that outta control if what "my crew" has is what your after.. Out of my groups bikes mine is the most modded being ported with bigger carbs. If you can find a bike out on the east coast( seem to be way cheaper than out here) get it ported, piped, coolhead, reeds, maybe carbs and walla, you wouldn't be far off.. Especialy considering that footage was taken at 8500 feet so we lose a TON of power .. With how cheep the prices seem to be out there I dont see why a guy couldn't get a bike and do the mods listed for less than 4g's? Happy that you are using our bikes as a standard btw, ill take that as a compliment.. RIPPEN

Yeah, I was thinking about trying to burn and rip it.. I just need to get a disc, I think it may work.. If not I may take you up on your offer.. The song is kinda old school but I think fairly well known.. Its Judas Priest's Turbo lover. I think it may fitwell with some footage I got this last weekend.. Thanks for the help guys!!! RIPPEN

Yeah I think thats the same deal.. When I had theshee try and send me one through e-mail it didn't even go through at all.. When I go to transfer it says that its protected.. I wonder if someone has the cd and has it ripped on thier computer if a guy would be able to send that? RIPPEN

Ok... Now Iam trying to download music so I can put them to videos.. I changed my napster shit from the "to go" subscription(allows for transfer to mp3 player) to just napster.. I was hoping it would download onto my comp so I could import it to my movies.. Any help would be appreciated, this is pissen me off.. RIPPEN

Um.... Who knows.. There are probably small things that are making a difference that you are unaware of.. OR one just happens to be somewhat of a freak and run better... I have heard that some get YFZ450s and for some reason they seem to run better than another thats exactly the same.. Oh and I know your not complaining because yours is the faster of the two.. You have mentioned that several times.. RIPPEN

Get a F.A.S.T. clutch.. Don't waste time putting this with that and that with this.. Just pay the money and be done with it.. RIPPEN
