  1. Sounds like alot people get Toomey's T5 pipes for there banshee so i was just wondering if they pass Washington State's ORV exaust emissions standards? I looked at their website and doesn't look like they have much of a spark arrestor on them and i've heard they sound like a street bike? Also what is the diffrence between T5 and T6 pipes? And I currently have a stock setup and for some reason the tips of my exaust keep getting oil on them. I have taken of the tips and taken out the spark arrestor and muffler assembly and wiped thme down but the oil keeps coming back. It's not dripping our or anything jsut a little pool at the tips and the inside are coated but not dripping wet or anything. I am mixing 32-1
  2. I was looking for some simple and fairly inexspensive ways to increase the performance of my Banshee and the K&N style airfilter from F.A.S.T. caught my eye. So i was wondering if this increased performance much or if it's mainly just for looks. Also it almost looks like it can only be externally mounted to the engine for drag bikes or something that doesn't encounter much water so would i need to modify my stock airbox or jsut it just replace the stock filter. link below http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=87
  3. I searched turbocharged banshees and they sound very hard to maintain and keep running correctly so I thought why not supercharge one? This also doesn't sound like an easy feat but it sounds interesting. I know i don't posses the skills or patience to constuct a chain driven super charger but I thoguht it would be interesting if anybody owns or knows someone who does own one.
  4. So how much are overdrive tansmissions and where can i get them, How can i adjust the clutch lever to make it lighter, softer?
  5. Mk thanks for the advice guys, but jsut out of curiousity i saw something like a gixxer on Super Bikes where the guy had the tansmission setup to where he didn't use to clutch and didn't let off the trottle and shift all the way upto 6th in about 5 seconds, while on a stand. But i was wondering if anyone made these for banshees. Also how do you ligten the pull of the clutch and how do u get it closer to the grip.
  6. My dad [on a late 1990's model blaster 250,fmf exaust, everything else stock] was killing me [2005 350 banshee, everything stock] on drag races down a dirt road. My banshee oviously has more power but he kept beating me so he told me to try shifting without using the clutch.[which was what he was doing on the blaster] just throttle it hard, then no trottle, shift, full throttle, for each gear. It definatley worked much better and I know that you can do this in cars if u can match the rpms correctly but is this bad for my banshee? or should i jstu get better at shifting with the clutch?
