Did either one of you two happen to read his entire first post??? Guessing no or else you both are for some reason jumping the gun a bit.. The guy said he knows intake pics don't tell the story of a port job. He was just asking about the "knifing" of the intake and if it mattered.. To help illustrate he threw up a few pics. Big deal. Snop, just because a thread has a pic in it doesn't require it to be in the images section. If this thread was "ooh wee look at my fancy new port job" and it was him just showing it off I could see your point. The man is asking if the knifing(pics illustrated) of the intakes is important and also wanting to know the importance of working the bottom side of the transfers.. RIPPEN

Kinda chuckle when I read posts like this. Its just I doubt that there is near as big of difference you imply. As per my builder I have ran Klotz and have been very happy with it and like blanco25 mentioned hjr recommends klotz as well. Two reputable builders right there that run Klotz. Iam not saying motul is better or worse as I have no experience with it.. But Iam confident in saying if there is a benefit with it I doubt its as drastic as implied. RIPPEN

Anytime you do anything to increase the volume of air flow(carbs, porting, pipes, ect) you need to atleast check jetting and usually bump it up a little.. RIPPEN

I may be mistaken but weren't you one of the ones that bitched about boobies in a thread a while back?(don't freak fellas, Iam not talking about recently. Iam talkin months and months ago) If it was you I just find that mixed with this statement kinda funny.. Good post blessed, I have been trying to say this same shit for quite a while now. Loco has done shit or helped me out with stuff some of my local "good" friends never have.. Abrasive dude but a damn good one none the less.. I have always questioned the theory the spam was from climbr, never seemed to be his style.. I do understand though where loco would suspect him.. Overall a shitty deal and hope after his suspension he comes back a positive contributing member like the good ol days.. RIPPEN

I heard they will be the first 4 stroke with a powerband.. Thats cool and all but the powerband is blue. I would get one for sure if it had the dual mufler bearings and a orange powerband.. RIPPEN

banshee and raptor 660 shocks

They may work but I know the banshee shocks are considerably shorter. Wanting to say lik ea 1" to 1 1/2" shorter.. They may work going onto a Raptor but I know when we tried to fit 660 shocks on the banshee it was a no go.. RIPPEN -
Thats why I have never even tried riding with headphones in. Iam like you, I could probably manage to ride ok but it would seem like a hassle. I like to know if the motor is making any kinda funny noises, pops sputters, ect.. Overall to me having tunes while Iam riding just doesn't seem worth the hassle.. To each their own though.. RIPPEN

Like mentioned above, spend a little more and get a stronger arm and also I STRONGLY urge you to pay even a few more bucks for a carrier and get a "round" style.. Trust me bro, they are worth every penny and if you don't now you will wish you had down the road!.. RIPPEN

All I did with mine mike was.. I have a breather similar to that one there at FAST. With the hose on it I just route it to where it goes up a tad and then goes back down with the mess of carb vents and hoses. Don't know that a K&N breather would be bad really but would think it would take up allot of space and require more "maintenance".. Even did the same thing with my front breather. Routed it up and then down and zipped it to the frame.. Got rid of all those hoses going everywhere.. RIPPEN

Well, they can be such a bitch to get a swing on so it makes it tough.. But like the others have mentioned.. I use a BFH, have a nut on there so you don't jack up the threads and then find something that you can put on there to smack.. Trying to remember what I used in the past.. Cant remember if it was some sort pry bar or just a metal rod of some sort.. Sure you get the idea though.. Its just a bitch to get any decent angel or hit on it without using some sort of "extension".... RIPPEN

A guy on here a week or so ago I think did the exact some thing.. Said he was able to turn his out using a pic because the bolt really wasn't that tight.. Not sure why those damn things break all the time but have heard of it MANY times, if indeed its the ones Iam thinkin of.. Good luck.. RIPPEN

Cant for the life of me remember the size either.. I got two sizes that keep popping into my mind though.. 32mm/40mm lol.. Not sure if either of those are correct but thats what keeps poppin in.. More and more I think about it Iam thinking 32.. Otherwise, should look like... RIPPEN
