After that amount of time he should make a good faith effort and give you the tracking number. Did you call him, or are you doing all this by mail? Tell him you you want your money back, because he shouldn't deny you either the part or the money. The tracking number will tell him if it was delivered to you or stuck half way between. I know if it was me I would make every effort to resolve the issue, and if that meant to send your money back then so be it. Then I would go after the shipping company for my part. I agree about the subframe, if it was rolled it will be bent. Welcome to the HQ man................ Just look at the frame and if it looks like it wasn't formed that way from the factory, then take a picture of it and post it here for us to see and we'll let you know.

Well technically you're both right. It would be a Banshee of the month, but it would be a different Banshee of the month. So you could look at it as a different quad of the month, and the different quads all happen to be Banshee's. I do like the Banshee of the month idea though, somebody go get lee. Let me re-phrase that, anyone who kills, injures, maims, mutilates, or tortures a domestic animal is guilty of a Felony - Animal Cruelty or Crimes Against Animals. And it only takes one neighbor looking out a window, watering their lawn, or takin' the trash out and see you do it, and later hear about the incident, and that witness contacts the cat owner, or animal control and your life is F!#@ed for a long time. I've never heard of an actual rev-limiter on a Banshee, but the T.O.R.S. supposedly is a Throttle Override System for when the slides (or as the book calls them throttle valves(what ever the hell those are)) get stuck open (ie full throttle) and are supposed to shut the motor down. But then again I've never heard of them doing that either. Cometo think of it, I think Yamaha put the TORS on our Shee's just to cause electrical problems when there is absolutely no other problems on the bike......... :yelrotflmao:

OMFG :yelrotflmao: , you people a F*&!?ing hilarious. I don't know about your state, but here in California it is a felony to kill a domestic animal (ie dog, cat, horse, cow) for no immediate reason (ie in fear of your life). However I will give you the benefit of the doubt because I have never personally met this particular kitty, kitty. I think the smarter thing to do would be to call animal control, animal save, or SPCA and borrow a trap. Trap the ferocious little creature and take it to animal control, and either the owner will find it and cost them some money or they wont and kitty is gone forever. If it comes back trap it again and keep takin' it to animal control (prices here go up $50 an impound - $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 plus citations), which add up very quickly. But the cool thing about this way is you wont be in a cell with a guy named bubba callin' you his little kitty, if ya know what I mean. Just do the right thing, I hate to hear stupid $hit happen to smart people............... :beer:
