The swingarm bearings are not machine pressed in.The stock swingarm roller sucks,go with the upp slider.You probably want to buy a new chain,I bet you old one is FU*KED

Install a shift pro kit and be done with it.......................

If you bent the washer tab back and loosened the nut, the adjustment screw should turn easily.I think if you back the nut all the way out the screw will come out with it,then you try to free it up or change it out

I run the tractor hydralic oil from walmart in my trans. and haven't had one complaint. Seems like the tech2000 gear oil would be a little thick and would make shifting harder than normal

In need of a set of clamp on air filters k&N or uni for stock carbs,also a set of outerwears would be nice also Mark

You can use an allen head or flat head screw,I used a tapered grinding bit to make the countersink holes in the back plate.The screws I used are 3/4" long.Once you drill the ribits out you will see how they were countersank into the clutch basket.You do the same type of countersink holes in the backplate.Don't let the thinness of the backplate fool you that metal is as tough as hell to drill or grind this will give you an idea http://www.accuratescrew.com/CatalogPage.aspx?ProdCat=113260 Mark

I am going to remove the air box and install some pod filters.Right now I have vented airbox with k&N , toomey t-5s with 290 main jets, stock pilots at sea level.I need a starting point for the clamp ons thanks Mark
