  1. I have 4 mil stock cylinder. I'm mid 70s for hp and a good amount of torque. My 35s are just as responsive as any stock carb. You can have your stock cylinders set up for a 4 mil, buy the correct domes, crank, and pistons. You'll be extremly happy with a good running 4mil stock cylinder.
  2. Anyone have some??
  3. Yup. Pump gas all the way. Any gas station that carrys 93. 2 right down the road from my riding spot.
  4. True. 5k will get you a sweet trail/dune/play bike. If your looking to drag, I'm out. That's a totally different ball game.
  5. 5k for an entire rebuild including chassis. A big motor is only 1/2 the battle.
  6. You really need to find out what you have. If the head was re chambered you wouldn't need a spacer plate. If it was ported properly for the 4 mil your port timings are all out of whack with the spacer plate. If this guy is as good as you say I'd ask him what is going on. If the head was decked you compression can be to high and be detonation.
  7. And a 4 mil crank? Those 2 throw up a red flag. I only know I one company re chambering stock heads to work with a 4 mil. Do you have a spacer plate? What's your compression?
  8. Should come with all that and jets. Jetting for the pipes is the most important part
  9. Second is to get him checked into an institution. If he's psycho enough to do that who knows what he'll do when he's older.
  10. Get me a picture I may buy them or I can trade you the fmf on my girlfriends bike. She has high revs and fmf silencers
  11. And like I said I removed the dip stick to rule out pressure build up. Just does what it wants
  12. I just can't figure out why tho. It runs UP the hose then down the loop to under my bike. It's not coming from just the cover. Sorry if I didn't explain that well
  13. And my trans fluid just pours out the clutch cover breather where the water pump is. Within 30!seconds of firining. I took out the dip stick to see if it was pressure related but that didn't help. I have another cover with the block off so I may just stick a bolt in the hole and call it done. But has anyone had this happen?
  14. The first 2 aren't bad. The second I would offer 4k with the hipers. The rest of the parts are there. A few trades an a couple sales and you can have a more then decent bike. All that's left is the motor. Which IMO is a great way to buy it.
  15. I had 2 plates that would hit the nub for the parking and lock them up
  16. Pull the block off plate off and see if it still happens
  17. It's in the case you'll be fine
  18. Pj choke and idle circuit are one. I always knocked them out of adjustment. I also couldn't get them tuned in well. I felt they were to sensitive to weather change. But other people like them and have good luck Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. If the float is hanging up you can knock it loose sometimes
  20. Did you try tapping it with the back of a screw driver? Did you clean the seat and needle? Is the needle worn to the point it doesn't seal?
  21. Done. Can be deleted
  22. There's not shit there. Your fine
  23. Fuck pj carbs. 35 pwk all day. I'm part of the majority that hates them.
  24. Wtf are you doing on Suzuki central in the z400 forum?
  25. Just buy new. I assume everyone rides the way I do. WFO. A crank isn't something that I would like to take
