  1. Bought it from a guy that was parting out his bike, I'm pretty sure it's a Direct Drive setup. From what I have been told, the faster the motor spins, the weights apply more force the the clutch plates. This allows for less clutch slippage. Some chime in if I'm wrong.
  2. Very Cool. Thanks, I got the lockout and cover for 225.00 only used 2 times. I will install it on my dune banshee until I get the drag bike done
  3. Yea, I have been looking at that and it's a good time to do it while I have the cover off how does the lockup go on? Does it just bolt onto the clutch pack pressure plate? or does it replace it?
  4. Anything I need to know about before installing a lockup? Just bought one and want to get it installed Thanks
  5. Good prices and fast free(over 100.00) shipping http://www.motosport.com cascadeinnovations.net
  6. I wanted the IMS but 200.00 I found a set of bolt on alum. ones on e-bay from a guy in Canada. 60.00 bucks shipped, I had to put an extra spacer to get them to fit right (now he includes it). My foot has not come off the pegs as of yet!!
  7. V-Force 3's all the way. Try this place 219.00 shipped http://www.motosport.com/productsearchresult.jsp
  8. I have used v-force 2's and 3's and have not had to rejet
  9. I took on a piped (the only mod I could see) Raptor 700 at Sand lake a few weeks ago, and spanked it both times. He did not want to go a third time. He pulled up next to me, looked at the the banshee, shook his head and left
  10. Do you still have them? If so what ya want for them?
  11. Spraying hi temp paint(1200 to 1500 deg) into the pipe does work.
  12. PMed ya! If you still have pic's to bansheex@sandwarriors.com

    Drag Frame

Yea I think they make custom a-arms. I have a full set of tabs to weld on so I can change them. I'm thinking of going Marvin Shaw's on the front and rear.

    Drag Frame

The frame was built by SanDragon here in Oregon Why do you ask? What's wrong with it? I have met Dave Moore and seen some of his bikes first hand. Very nice, but I don't have the $$$ for one of his monorail frames (I wish I did!!!!) They are the Best!!!!

    Drag Frame

Hello All, I want to start work on my drag frame and need some help. What type of front end should I put on this frame (what are my options?) I want a drag/play bike (not a hard core drag machine) with like a 4 mil cub motor Thanks

    NEED HELP

If they are stock a-arms they are not repairable. I would look on e-bay for a replacement!
  24. I have had mine on for awhile now and have to say they are great. I was going up a dune a few weeks ago and got surprised by a 5 foot drop off at the top. There was no time to hit the gas to bring the front end up to land level, so I did a nose dive. I think if I didn't have the 450 shocks, it would have been ugly!! I don't even think they bottomed out
