I need a good used Hinson Clutch basket for my 4mil Anybody got a spair?

I just got the Boss intake and like it so far. No crossover tube, moved the carbs back and got the K&N pods off the frame cross bar. Also did the V-force 3 stuffers.

Find a set of good used +2+1 a-arms off e-bay and a set of YFZ 450 shocks also off e-bay. I am running this setup and love it. Take the time to adjust the shocks to your type of riding. You won't beleve the difference.

I got a set of out of frame CPI's with built in silencers. I did not get the brackets for the footpeg mounts. I have heard that someone makes a bracket for them that works great and cuts down the vibrations that ends up breaking the mount on the pipes. Anybody happen to know who that is?

I would say if the motor is out of the frame, take it to a repair shop and heve them do it. They shouldent charge much for that. Mine came right off, but friends have had a hell of a time getting theres off. Good luck

Anybody know what size the threds are on the a-arm to spindle studs? I got some used a-arms and the threds are all buggered up ::

Something arrived today, but the mail person did not leave it. My wife will pick it up tommorow. Just to let others know Yamashee1 is sending me one of his spaire wireing harnesses. I think that is VERY COOL :thumb:

Just thought I would give an update. Visa did a charge back and I have the money back Not wanting to sound like a commerical but; it pays to use visa, don't shop on e-bay without it!!!

I run +2+1 custom a-arms with the YFZ 450 shocks and love the setup. Just take the time to adjust the shocks, it's worth it!!!

I have a Dune port and am running 13/41 gearing with 21 10 10 paddles. On the sand I have never been left at the line by any thumper (launching in 2nd gear). I tried 300ft dirt drag racing with the same setup and it bogged down real bad at the start. No wheel spin! It's all about the setup up!!!! best time was 6.007 with a .890 reaction time. Nothing like beeing a sleep at the switch :: Going to give it one more try in Oct. ( just for fun & practice) then wait until the drag bike's finshed for next year!

0000 steel wool and WD-40 for chrome, works great!!!! I went to powder coat, better than paint by far!!!

Do you still have the out of frame pipes?

I use ASV's and love them :biggrin:

Works great and no overheating after putting it in.

Well I payed for it on Oct 8th and never heard from him again. I am in the process of doing the charg back with the Bank. I have to drop off the papers tommorow. We will see what happens btw thanks for all the support you guys. BHQ rocks!!!!

I'm going thru my bank (I used Visa) so I might get it back that way. I have filed a claim thru E-bay and BidPay. BidPay told me I have to wait 30 days, and that it might be better or faster to go thru my bank.
