I'd start w/ 310's or 320's, needle in the fourth position, 27.5 pilots. Will have to play w/airscrews.

If the 250r case is a vertical split case like a cr250, you need a case splitter, not a flywheel puller. Motion pro sells one for 150.

I think you are speaking of the sealed crankshaft part of the lower cases, if this is so you didn't nessecarily hurt anything, but will smoke a lot at first. I believe you can flush that out w/kerosene, but may want to wait until some more people chime in because I am not positive.

Entire set include tank cover and radiator plastic?

I just turn around the other direction and just fart, works every time. Kinda hard to steer though.

Sent them an e-mail letting them know they F'd up a lot of business.

Mine will start after about 10-12 kicks even when it is warm out for the initial start of the day, then one kick every time for the rest of the day. I just bought a compression tester and to my horror it only read 90lbs on each cylinder. I have doubted the readings though because I just rebuilt top end this last May. I would guess that is your problem. And what does everyone else think about my readings, it only registered 50lbs on my buddys warriror which you need to push start to get running.

Can anyone show me some good ones for red plastics with black tank cover? I like the alba flame, just needs to be black flames instead.

Replace that head w/ a NOSS head.

Also, pull spark plug out of left and with the boot on it kick it over and see if you are getting a strong spark,(spark should be strong and blu-white in color, not yellow-orangeish) You may want to turn off the fuel petcock and run out all the gas in the float bowl for the right side so engine doesn't start.

If you follow the lead from the parking brake or throttle cable you will find it, just disconnect the wire harness from the box, and try to fire her up. If I remember correctly it is located underneath gas tank toward front of quad, has been a while. maybe someone can ring in and give the exact location.
