  1. To me, the deck of the cylinders would be the ehad mating surface........... Doing that wouldn't do much other than raise your compression and your portiming would still be assed up. :geek:
  2. That gentleman would be either a liar or retarded.................. :geek:
  3. Taking 5mm off the deck wasn't mentioned and really isn't a good idea with OEM cases. :geek:
  4. You'll have to help me understand how a -5mm spacer plate works................ Is it made out of a black hole? :ermm:
  5. That's not a snowmobile top end. Those cylinders were made by Superior Sleeve. As far as I know they are not made anymore, and they weren't all that great performance-wise when they were made. :geek:
  6. Ii sounds like I have the same headphones...... They work great in my street bike helmet. I don't wear them on the atv.
  7. Run time varies based on the complexitiy of what you are doing........ If you have a 4 axis VMC, you can do a pair of OEM cylinders in an hour. If you ar willing to hand finish parts you can cut your run time down, but I usually do very fine step-over surfacing operations so that I don't have to touch the cylinders when they come out of the machine. My cub cylinder block took about 6 hours to run and Twister block was about the same. :geek:
  8. Too bad..........
  9. Yes, the calipers bolt right on. The 450 master cylinder is not 100% necessary, but it does have an e-brake function that some folks may like. :geek:
  10. I have one I made and a 12" wheel from Moroso. I use the Moroso wheel the most........., but I usually do my porting on a CNC mill, so all I am using the wheel for is to check everything during assembly. :geek:
  11. The YFZ450 calipers work slick. One of the best mods I have made this year. :geek:
  12. If any of your neighbors are hot women my age, then I may take you up on that.
  13. The etcher is a great idea........ I forgot about trying that. Luckily I have not had to do that in awhile. :geek:
  14. Word. Dave is credible, the rest of y'all are suspect. There are atleast two retards posting in this threas as well. I can't believe I put up with all the email notifications from this stupid thread on mt Blackberry all day.
  15. My dune bike puts 110hp'ish to the PTO and I easily ride it on a +4" arm.
  16. I ended the auction early due to a high percentage of homsexuals bidding on the shock.................... (I actually sold it to someone on here) :geek:
  17. I aim to please................ most of the time I aiming at my own taget though..... make what you want out of that.
  18. Direct Drive screws you over with the screws they use on their covers.......... they are actually a 6-32 screw which takes an SAE hex key, but a metric hex key that is near the same size fits and works most of the time. However, once you find a couple screw with the metric key and the hex on the screw gets worn, they strip and break very easily. :geek:
  19. I think he has been out of town for training for work.......... or something like that. Let me know if you still can't get ahold of him and I will go sit in his front yard in a bean bag chair, naked, eating pop corn.
  20. Thanks man!
  21. How much do you want to give me? :ermm:
  22. Correct. :geek:
  23. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=260234764031
  24. You can just go buy a 4 pin Packard weaterpak connector and put it in there........ :geek:
