  1. I didn't know lime disease was a human problem these days....................
  2. Cutting the HQ off is a fine idea. CA has a specific area figure that they need (in square inches) for you to be legal. However the rule is very much like the spark arrestor rule on the sand in CA. :geek:
  3. If we have to resort to name calling, I prefer Paste Eater or Crayon Eater over Glue Sniffer.
  4. That's a nice setup you have there.
  5. If you were really cool, you would make your own from scratch.
  6. ............make sure you remove the tape before putting the powder coated part in the oven though.
  7. .............just because you know the equation for volume of a cylinder, doesn't give you the right to think that your are better than a Crayon eating glue licker.
  8. I can program it as well if you need it done. I am not having the engine the Dyna unit is for in front of me might be a bit of a invitation for error though. :geek:
  9. Eat, sniff, lick, it's all about the same.
  10. I don't know about finger painting. I hear the paint can be quite addictive. I was thinking something more along the lines of collage work with paste. Paste sounds pretty good. If you need to know how much your tank holds and do not have an accurate CAD model of it, you need to simply fill it and drain it into a graduated measuring device (I know you were kidding, but I figured my crayon deal was making people dumber as well). :geek:
  11. Chrome would be fine if you mask everything off properly (read: alot of work). The other issue, however minor, is that chrome acts as a thermal barrier which can slow down the heat rejection from your cases. If you need chrome work done I can suggest someone to do it. Polishing and a clear coat might make more sense. :geek:
  12. Several of us on here have made our own. I didn't go the bench grinder thing, but I know several folks who have and it work well. :geek:
  13. I like the square flags better better if those how the background color change has to happen. If not, I would like the triangle flags with a solid color background. How close are we to being able to order these?
  14. I agree. Whatever we wind up doing, I will probably run it under my current flags. I would really like ot have a choise of background colors if possible. :geek:
  15. Technically speaking, in SoCal, the flag can be orange or red. WA is the same way. I am not sure about other states.
  16. Atleast, I figure I am learnming something. When I was in Denver, I didn't make it past the firt page of the coloring book before I noticed all I had left for crayons out of a box of 64, was a red and yellow. By the time I made orange, it was all over. :geek:
  17. .................I think I may now be dumber for reading this entire thread. Oh well, off to get myself a coloring book. I need to be careful so that I don't eat the Crayons this time. :geek:
  18. I like that. If we get the background flag in red as well as blue, I will really be happy!
  19. Damn straight. Y'all couldn't seem to come get it from me, even when I offered to give a beer away with it. Watch, one of y'all will buy it off there, then I will make fun of you.
  20. So, how long do ya figure until you have a 302 or 351 in there? :geek:
  21. Most industrial supply houses, such as Grainger, MSC, McMaster Carr, etc., carry them. They are common used for collet chucks in the machining business. :geek:
  22. It worked for me..............., but lets try this: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZfirehead6...1QQfsooZ1QQrdZ0 I am also throwing the truck tent from my old truck later tonight.
  23. ..................it's not like there are alot of classy characters in the dog fighting world. Besides, have you heard the guys speak in public. Hooked on phonics must not have worked for him.
  24. http://motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZfirehead696969 Here are my new auctions I started today.
  25. It really depend on what you are trying to do with the spacer plate. Normally, I install mine into the grabage can. :geek:
