he said that the gears were straight cut, but when i split my case my gears were straight cut as well, so dont they all come like this? or does mine have more money in it than i thought

oddly enough as i read this i was loading a jenna jameson vid. amazing. when ever i put something together all of the bolts go in from the same side, and all of the nuts goin from the same side so it looks uniform. also my tools have to be squeaky clean, i polish the chrome wrenches i would probably have more faith in eating out of my toolbox than my kitchen counter

have you checked into ceramic coating? i painted my pipes and it looks good for a few sand trips then it need touch up. but if they were ceramic of high-heat powder coated that would be better. plus then you could try that new powder-chrome stuff.

the jetting was fine when this b/s started to happen so im pretty much set on electrical. or at least i hope cause im really pretty handy with the electrical crap.

OK, i did a search and read all i could but no one seemed to have my exact problem. after a recent rebuild only my right side will fire. the left spits and sputters from time to time but not enough to make any power. some say its a fuel problem but when i put my hand by the left pipe to see if hot exhaust is coming out it get this black oily shit all over it. this i took to be oil/gas mixture that wasnt burned. however when i pull the left plug wire off when its running it shocks the hell out of me, so it is getting spark? or could it just be firing for the right side only and when its the lefts turn it gets skipped, is that possible? now it seems like reeds but the are damn near new V-Force 2's. compression is 120 each side, but its ported pretty well so im not worried about that. the flywheel magnets arent loose, the timing plate is a PD one, so its ok, and i replaced the stator with a stock output one back in like Feb. anymore ideas anyone, sorry about the novel but i had to be specific.
