  1. I agree. Boost Bottles just add bling. I have one on mine and do not notice any power improvements at all. Others will say that they have gain some hp but they are full of it.
  2. You can buy a aluminum throttle ext from various vendors. I put one on my shee and it helps some. You can do what others do and weaken the spring.
  3. WOW pretty slick deal. Aint technology great.
  4. Nice sled man. I have rode small ones in the past when i was younger and rode a 600cc one once that was my uncle's and it was scary fast for me. Anyway nice find. Have fun and enjoy.
  5. I would say what ever make you feel secure. Iwould use only the blue loctite if it was me. Red and green will require some heat to remove studs if you ever have to remove again.
  6. IMO i would replace the gasket. Better to do it now and it is alot cheaper in long run if you nuke your motor.
  7. You'll be ok. Just check it regulary.
  8. Have a Noss head here with no problems yet in two years. Just take your time insalling everything and you'll be ok.
  9. Pull drain plugs from the jugs to drain out all of the coolant. Next drain out the water pump. Put plugs back in and put water pump plate back on. fiil with 50/50 Distilled water and white vinegar. Run till up to temp and drain out again. repeat above procedure untill water mixture comes out clean. Finally drain out mixture the best ya can and fill with engine ice. good luck.

  11. Watch your tongue rook!!! Let's hear jeff's side of the story before you go and make a bad name for someone like jeff. I have delt with jeff quite a few times and he takes time out of his busy day to help out a guy in need. Early in the year is a bad time to send jeff your motor and expect to have it back in a week or two. Quality takes time man. I'm sure jeff will treat ya right if he is at fault.
  12. Do you have a clymers manual handy? If not i think they torque down to a inch pound reading It's been a while since i did my clutch. I'm sure someone can chime in and give ya the correct torque.
  13. quite a few companines are making them. For sure they are expensive. make adjusting the internal clutch mechanisim easier.
