Yep i wouldnt totally ditch PCs. I have been running my Dell Desktop for about a year now and have had no problems with it. Just keep an anti-virus program up-to-date, and have a firewall. Sounds like all your comp really needs is a complete format and reinstall of WinXP. Oh yeah and Firewire is a high speed data transfer card/cable used primarily for transfering Digital Video from camcorder to PC!

yep all looks good. ISDN is basically just a dedicated Phone line for internet access. You can have one line (56K) or 2 (128K) the upside to ISDN is that you actually connect at 56 or 128, as opposed to the poor connections with 56K conventional modems. You still get charged for the line usage, and you will be hard pressed to find an Unlimited Use ISP. I would just deal with the 56K modem, and the $9.95/month unlimited access!

You will probably get more out of it in Nebraska than on the East Coast. I would say you could probably get 3-4k no problem.

Yep, I have a sony TRV-38 MiniDV camcorder that i plan on using as a platform for some helmet cam action this fall! Just did some research and found this Compatablity Guide that tells you if your camera is Capable! Im sure you can find a good used MiniDV or Digital8 Cam on fleabay for under 400 bucks! Also dont worry if its Analog or Digital if all you are using it for is a helmet cam. Most of the lower-medium priced helmet cams are analog only anyway. Good luck! Tucson police are the biggest bunch hypocrites i have ever seen. NOOOOOOBODY in this town uses thir turn signals. Noooobody stays in the lane they are supposed to stay in when negotiating a turn in an intersection. U-Turns are legal, and its the only way to get around in this town (damn medians everywhere) All the cops will pull you over in a hearbeat for either of this infractions, but i have witnessed numerous police do the EXACT same things on these streets. Its rediculous. I would rather go back to driving on the tiny roads in england, at 90MPH than drive here in Tucson. Oh yeah, and they are pulling people over for not wearing seat belts....

if you NEED to get them out and don't, then you will have Really bad pain! This pain and foul taste only lasted about 1-2 weeks then you are good to go! Some people i know didnt have Any problems at all with the removal of their wisdom teeth.

Oh yeah, i had all 4 pulled at the same time. Food getting stuck in there sucks. Also when you get the Blood clot that breaks loose down in there, it Tastes so bad. And then comes the dry sockets if you are really lucky. I cant even describe the horrible taste. The Dr. had to put medicated material down in the holes. oh what a joy those were. The seringe is a good tip to get the food out too! works like a champ!
