  1. Nice vid. i cannot wait for spring to finally be here.
  2. yay. after all that suspense bulid up, what did he order?
  3. Thanks for all the responses
  4. 0-2000 ft. is quite a range. Compression on a stock engine is something near 125psi per cylinder at sea level. The numbers will go down as elevation goes up. Someone correct me if i am wrong. When the compression gets down to 100psi and below, you should be considering a rebuild. When you test your compression hold the throttle wide open and kick her about ten times. Keep us informed.
  5. Will do. Just waiting on the weather so I can go out and ride my bike rather than spend money on it as it sits in the garage.
  6. I am going to upgrade my impeller this weekend. Other than the impeller itself, what parts do you guys recommend changing out while it is apart? Thanks.
  7. Im interested, shipped to 48017. What rims are they? Red label?, blue lable? etc. .125? .160? .190?
  8. Ive got a set of 8 paddle extremes, they hook up great. you wont be disappointed.
  9. I have ridden the trails in Mio. Bull Gap trails are fun and Bull gap hill is a cool place to hang out, its basically a sand dune in the middle of the woods. All the trails around there are pretty sandy.
  10. Who has rode at Vassar? Are there trails? anyone have info. just curious, always looking for new places to ride.
  11. MI here too, always down for a riding trip.
  12. jets are jets. just buy a few sets of different sizes.
  13. I'll take the timing plate for $50 shipped. PM me with your address and I'll send you a check.
  14. How much are you lookin to get?
  15. not sure how fast paddles would wear, since they are designed for sand use i would assume that they would not last long on harder gravel surfaces. Like Justintoxicated said look into different paddle designs like the dessert storms or the terrain traks. those tires are designed for harder surfaces. here is a link http://216.119.117.27/paddletire.html skat trak make some costly tires, but maybe you could find another brand with a similar tred pattern. good luck.
  16. When the paddles are out of alignment they will cause the bike to shake quite a bit. Just spinning the tires at a low speed and low rpms will cause shaking. your paddles dont have to be perfectly aligned, but get them as close as possible. Is the shaking the reason you are looking for new paddles?
  17. Opening weekend is a maybe for me. Nothing planned, just dont wanna go until the weather is warm. Im not the biggest fan of cold weather
  18. If you did not change jetting for the cold wether, your mixture will be lean. colder temp = colder, more dense air more air + same jetting = lean mixture Lean mixture = backfiring, running hot, bluing of pipes.
  19. Im in. I say we plan early, and get a couple trips in this year.
  20. used to have a thunderbird, cannot tell you how many times I locked my keys in, even in the trunk! it had a stupid self locking alarm. havent done it in my truck yet, hopefully wont. but onstar would hopefully help out. If not AAA insurance will cover the cost of an unlock call ( have done that a few times) Hope you get in, locking keys in like that sucks, puts you right into a shatty mood.
  21. timing plate still available?
  22. Oh man would that suck.
  23. I would recommend +4. If you wanna spend a lil extra $$, get the adjustable plate. I put in the key last season and had no problems.
  24. I have some 21x12x8 Mud Sharks for sale if anyone is interested.
