Sounds lean to me also. I run gnarly's and I'm at 2200 ft. and I run 280 mains with airbox lid on. that smoke for one pipe more then other is not good. Clean those carbs and check float hieght and all.

Stop and let it idle will make it not cool down. You need air through the radiator or shut it down to let it cool off. I run woods all day with no coolong issues. And I got stock rad. and head. I would check your impeller and gears as stated above. Use an inline and engine ice. Thats all I run.

I was at work in a factory. A guy that drove the forklift had a radio and told us about the first plane. He was a jokester so we thought he was pulling our leg. We all talked about it in my area but thought the guy was full of it. Then a little later they shut the plant down at had a meeting in the parking lot and told us what happened. The weirdest part about it all was on the pa system "End of the world as we know it" by REM was playing when they cut in to call the meeting. Jeremy

TCS may be good at rebuilds but their not good at treating the customer well. I called TCS for 3 weeks leaving messages every other day. They never to this day returned any of my phone calls. So I went with Works.

I can squeeze 2-3 trips out a month. And it usually is just down to the orv park for a few hours. Between the little one and college I don't get much free time.
