You can also do a search in different forums here in the B.H.Q., you might find a piss match about weather to lighten the flywheel or not ,and the proper procedure to do it, ect ect...

Just the petals not the cages? If so, you should be fine. Aftermarket or ported cages, you would need to rejet for that as well.

Would those"rubber boots" be the Piston seal and Dust seal?

You should get a kit that has the slider and rollers, UPP or Mod Quad for example.
