I'm staring longingly at the 4 mil Serv kit...

  4. Due to popular demand I have decided to bring back the black friday/cyber monday specials. After a ton of requests to get the servals back on the special pricing i made the necessary purchases to get the prices down. I have gotten everything in stock, including a ton of servals to do the sale, except for my crank parts which got back ordered on me. I am patiently waiting on parts and they should be here within the next couple of weeks. Since i wanted to get the special up before the black friday sale im going to go ahead and run the special now and all order will ship out after the first of December. I will ship out all of the orders in the order they were received as soon as i can get the cranks built. Please note that the cub and serval kits include everything you need to build the motor (crank, cylinders, pistons and rings, head, domes, orings, cap nuts, stud extenders, pipe plugs, and arp nuts) The cub and serval NCH kit is the exact same kit with No Cool Head (NCH) Please in the comments section of the order give me the fuel you want to run, your elevation, or any other pertinent information i will need to cut your domes. Happy Holidays to all and thank you all for another great year here at M&M ATV Andy Specials Page 1 Specials Page 2
  5. The vm36 boot will fit a 40mm carb just fine in fact thats what there made for. You dont want them loose or they could leak and/or fall out of the boot.
  6. Ok guys I hate to do this but it has to go. This is my 2009 rzr that has been heavily modded. I own and operate M&M ATV here in Nowata OK and all the parts have been installed by us. The bike is heavily modded so I will try and include everything that’s done but I may forget some things. We do use it around the farm but mostly at the dunes. It runs awesome and has never gave me any problems what so ever. 2009 RZR Pure Polaris S Suspension RZR S back half roll cage Walker evans Shocks with piggy res on front remote on rear Billet Sprague in the front end Billet 1.5” wheel spacers -> rhino bolt pattern Chrome SS112 14” wheels on Bighorns Warn XT30 winch with wireless remote with synthetic rope Twisted Stitch Suspension Seats Maier Black Plastic custom painted Polaris windshield Polaris rear window Pro Armor Doors Black EMP Cooter Brown Roof SSV Works Stereo Dakota Digital Dash Dragon Fire 4 point harnesses Billet Bed Rails Billet Shifter Billet Gas Gap Billet Gas and brake pedal Billet O/S Handle Polaris Lockable Glove Box EMP Full size battery tray with yellow top optima battery Also have a complete PRP Cab and door setup for it Motor: K&T Turbo (intercooled) air to air with electric fan 3rd injector controlled by pure logic controller Dyna Ignition Custom Wiesco pistons 8.5:1 STM adjustable Clutch Weights Powerdyne Radiator Chromoly Pushrods K&N Filter between the seats Auto meter boost gauge AEM Wideband Dakota Digital water temp, oil pressure add on Im sure im missing a lot of stuff but that’s the major stuff. Rzr runs awesome with the KT turbo on it and is very fast. Runs on pump fuel and makes 10lbs of boost. We have well over 20k invested in it after we bought it. Ill try and get some more current pictures of it asap. Looking to get $16900 PM me or email me with any question or comments Andy [email protected]
  7. In order for us to run these incredible specials I have to buy big quantities. Going into winter its hard to justify buying the quantities needed to pass on the savings. If I can get verification from enough of you on here that you would purchase a setup at these prices i will make it happen. Thanks Andy
  8. Matts bikes both the 4mm and the 10mm ran extremely hard once he got the setup close. To say that there was no bike even close i will just have to agree to disagree. Justin and Jerry, some of my customers(14mm cheetah, 10mm dm, 10mm dm and 10mm dmx) from okc bikes were extremely fast and setup too as always i seen them beat Matt in several races NOT saying they never got beat cause everyone loses at some point. Scotts Nelsons (Mccoy 18dm) was very fast and his 4mm cub, Zachass's 4mm cub(pink bike) and 14mm dm (green bike) was running right there. The black FAST 7mm cub was very competitive and several more im sure im forgetting. I think credit is due where credit is due and Matt Shearer, Nate Mccoy, and Jeff Wendorff at FAST all earned it this trip and lets not forget about there customers who put it together and made it go. I dont mean to leave anyone out seem like everyones stuff was on kill this weekend. Great to see everyone and racing was awesome wish the rain would have waited till sun. Andy
  9. The rain sucks for all of us too bad you guys didn't know about the issues earlier so you could have came out and raced Friday. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Matt has nothing to prove. Matt has millions of his pipes out there with records upon records. Matt didn't even need to be there to have a showing for his pipes, plenty of us did that for him. Matt drove over 20hrs to race and made pass after pass Friday then the stupid rain shut us down Saturday.
  10. So did Passion or SRP even make it on the sand I heard they were there all day friday but i never saw them at the strip??
  11. pm sent
  12. Just drop me a pm and ill respond i get so many emails and pms everyday im sure some slip threw the cracks. If you didnt leak down test the motor then you are just spinning your wheels guessing what happened. You have to leak down the motor to be sure its sealed up. If its not sealed up then your getting extra air hence "lean" which = detonation.
  13. Let me explain a few things. First off you have detonation. No if ands or buts about it you are seeing detonating. Its not sand, or dirt or anything else what you are seeing is detonation. Second off the base gasket does not soley contribute to total squish. The thinner base gasket with the same step in the dome will have a tighter squish. We can run any base gasket we want if we set the step in the dome where it needs to be for the desired overall squish. Now with that said a 68x58 cub or serval calls for a .012 base gasket to get the port timings were calvin blueprints them at. That does NOT mean that is where we have to leave them but that is our starting point or reference point. Detonation can be caused by a lot of variables. Lean is one, whether this means jetted to lean, or running out of fuel, lean is lean. Dome design can cause detonation, a poor dome design can and will cause detonation no matter whether your jetted correctly or not. To tight of squish causes the squish velocity to be to high and cause detonation. There are a hundred things that can cause detonation, and the head design IMO is one of if not the single most important part of a 2 stroke engine. I have spent countless hours testing different dome designs and even more time calculating everything under the sun trying to get what i consider the best. Now like i said in my earlier post i feel your dome design is less than favorable and a different dome is your answer. The detonation is very hard on the motor including the crank. If i were building the motor i would pull the crank and check it out thoroughly and check to see if the welds held, if its still in true, and if the bearing are ok. Then i wouild replace the pistons and put new domes in it. Make sure its sealed and run it. If you have any more questions or need anything feel free to pm me or call me Thanks Andy
  14. On the question at hand that is detonation without a doubt. Hard to tell by the picture but the domes appear to be flat domes with domed pistons that will promote detonation. A more favorable dome design might be beneficial to you.
  15. Your math is a little off in this application because we are talking 2 strokes. We can't start building compression until our exhaust port is closed by the piston.
  16. 22cc dome is not the compression ratio just the volume of the head. A larger bore or longer stroke with the same volume of dome will yield a higher compression. Also a higher exhaust port will lower the compression ratio as the piston has less time to build compression.
  17. It really depends on the rest of the setup and your tuning ability and the design of the dome whether you can run pump fuel or not. I personally run pump fuel on our serval at around 1300ft with no issues but its borderline and we knew it. A little more forgiving dome didnt sacrifice hp or tq with our setup so its something you might consider. On this low of a ex port a 22 cc dome is around 13.5:1 which is a little high for pump. A 24cc dome is around 12:1 which is a little safer for pump.
  18. You might want to check your compression if your at 500ft thats going to be pushing it with 22cc and pump gas
  19. Our cranks feature a few things that other manufacturers do not do but let me lay a few things to rest. First off any crank can and will fail if not properly setup, or in a engine that is not properly tuned. Second, our cranks are pinned and welded on the center axle to prevent twisting and becoming out of phase, something that hotrods or wiesco does not do. A hotrods crank is welded on the axle (4mm only) but not pinned the wiesco has neither. We tested many rods before landing on the one we currently use which is a 4130 forged rod. We tried harder rods all the way up till we had breaking problems and softer rods that wouldnt hold at all with the bigger pistons. Finally we do the final assemble true and weld right here in house so i can control the quality. Now with that said can you break our cranks, YES, but our cranks imo are a better more cost effective product than anything out there today. Anybody that tells you that you will not break a x brand crank is just trying to sell you something or is ignorant. I have piles of broken cranks that i have removed from customers bikes over the years. I can show you a failed crank from almost every manufacturer and almost every type of failure you can think of. The best thing we can do is set up are cranks up the way they need to be set up to live and hope the end user can take if from there. I will tell you that 95% of the time a crank failure comes from some other issue 5% its just a part failure. We are going to run this special for about another week or 2 until my stock is gone.
