  1. Absolutely if your pumping no need to remove a float in fact if you do you probably will get overflow which is baddddd!!! lol The billet bowls are great no need to worry about running out of fuel with the billet bowls and a pump. I think the 38's would work very well not sure if it would be a big improvement over the 39 pwks except for the tuneability. And yes you can order the lectron in straight or taper bore you just look on your carb there will be 2 numbers on one side that is the size of the intake and exhaust ie you can get 38/40, or 40/40
  2. The spacer plate (or cut domes) compensates for longer stroke +4mm the 795 pistons have a lower wrist pin hieght to compensate for the long rod (if applicable) usually +5mm
  3. The nitrous nozzle size...i see the website has 5hp for a banshee but not sure if they go that low i no they do 15 per hole and 30 per hole which is the most popular ones ive sold ill check into it and get it all straight
  4. Spacers or cut domes either way will work depending on your prefrence but the port timings need to be addressed they will not be correct after stroking. Not saying it will not run it very well may but it may run worse than before cannot say cause i dont know how they are ported now. I would def get the cylinders to your favorite builder and tell him your going with a 4 mill so they can be corrected.
  5. It uses a button, i tuned the last kit on methy in about 5 mins
  6. We have had good luck with the boss noss kits they are very easy to tune cause they use a valve not jets, and they are much safer cause they are fully regulated so no more worrying about bottle pressure, or purging. The kits come complete with a pulse pump for your fuel and everything you need to get rolling with anywhere from 5-60hp gains. Check it out more on our site M&M ATV Nitrous Systems
  7. Not all lectrons are tapered or hv as they call them (high velocity) you can get them either way. For alky dennis uses a pe-1 needle and we sell alot of lectrons set up by dennis and that needle has worked on everything from 350 cubs to 4 mill dm's to 10mill supercubs. For pump you need a 3.3 needle and seat with both floats on. If your gravity a 3.5 needle and seat and one float removed is all you change. A 38 sounds a little small for a 10 mill but would work just fine...
  8. LMAO yea josh(421) knows better lmao or he wont have any tires to run lol
  9. I got some wood screws you can borrow josh cause i just might make it out
  10. Im selling this setup for a friend this is completely polished 4mill stock cylinder drag ported by K&T comes with the cylinders, pistons and rings, billet head, and domes cut for this motor (no spacer needed). Pistons are still in good shape and are 66.25 This is a very good running setup $650 for the complete setup -- Comes with pistons and rings but not pictured
  11. We had a good turnout for the races saturday. Wish we could have got the lights dialed in a little better but just wasnt enough time. The lights will be completely operational by the next race which we plan on having in about a month. Ill post up the date and time as soon as we schedule it. We have some video of the track and i will try and get it up soon. Thanks to all the people who showed up we had a great time. Andy M&M
  12. So who all thinks there going to make it down???
  13. Thanks for the props Jared, we try to do our best. Dont know what the deal was with the piston you would think that wiseco wouldnt let something like that happen. But we will always take care of our customers.
  14. The track is 8-12" deep and is very silty powdered dirt there is a good possibility that we will have sand mixed in by the race. But rest assure it will not tear up you paddles cause were going to test it thouroughly.
  15. Im there -- we'll have about 10 bikes
  16. On a 68x58 cub, based off of Calvins blueprints which I have right in front of me, is set up for a .012 base gaskets which leaves the piston in the hole .01 => 10 thousandths in the hole. I have set up probably 20 4 mill cubs all with a .03 step in the dome which is the way i set up all my 4 mill cubs and its always .04 squish. I personally set up the motor with the gasket Calvin recommends then have the domes cut to fit the motor. Setting the motor up is a personal preference but just my $.02
  17. They are online now!
  18. Just made me realize that the cub gaskets were not online ill have them on in bout 5 min
  19. The 4 mill 68 bore is supposed to have a .012 base gasket to get to a .01 in the hole deck thats what calvin designed them for. I have everything you need give me a call 877-301-1700 or go to http://www.mmatvonline.com Andy
  20. Classes are set click HERE for more info
  21. Okay guys here is the deal. Since the deadend crew got shut down from all the flooding were going to get some races going again. I know everybody is wanting to race again so were going to have a couple and see how it goes. We have a full 300ft track that will be preped for paddles with all the shut down you need, even for the bigger bikes, we have a full set of lights with stage/gaurd/win lights and timers. As soon as i get the classes all set up i will post them up. Im also working on getting some video of the track up so everybody can see what to expect. The location isnt the best but the spot is awesome so here is a map CLICK HERE
  22. I wouldnt be to concerned about the numbers that you are getting. Your builder/porter is the only one thats really going to know where you should be without just playing with it. Exhaust height def plays a role in compression cause as the exhaust port gets raised the piston has less time to build compression but this is not the only factor to consider in porting, the transfer size and effeciency will also play a role, its really a whole package that has to be put together to work with each other. According to my calculations you should be around 192* exhaust which is fairly mild and should be a good runner, but dont discount other factors. If your head volume is around 21 and your squish was correct (around .036-.042 is where i like em) then your probably not to far off but if you think your suffering in performance then rechamber the head to be a little tighter or buy you an aftermarket head and get the domes cut to fit your application.
  23. If you have a honda style carrier thats why. You can get by with a 4 inch shorter brake line than you need on the stock carrier cause the caliper is up on top instead of on the back side.
