Well, I finished all the polishing on my exhaust port, and everything looks freakin awesome. I really want to see what a hone will do to minimize this scrape. Like I said im in a very tight budget, and i do plan on getting cyls when i get some cash, like summer of 07. I want to make these last as long as i can, but i am taking a risk i guess. I dunno, its frustrating when you have a pair of good looking cyls except for a damn scratch!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for the opinions, I guess I have to make a decision..run em or not!

Damn, too bad my budget is as tight as a virgin or Id be all over the cub deal. Yea I found sleeves for cheap but I also had my domes cut for the .100 over bore!!!! Youll have to see the pics to really evaluate how bad it is, but keep the cylender deals comin, im down to trade if anyone wants a .100 over cyls + a lil cash. Like I said, this had a solid 150lbs in each cylender.

OK Heres the deal.... I have .100 over jugs in good shape. I took them off for a cleaning and to replace the pistons/rings just because its been 2 seasons. Compression is still at 150 in each, with 19cc domes. So, a buddy and i did some clean uo grinding in the intake/exhaust ports before I got them PCed and Honed. After I got the jugs PCed, I noticed my buddy slipped with the dremel, hitting the inner cylender wall!!!!!!! So now im screwed and probly have to resleeve(cause im maxed out for bore), having to return my .100 over piston kit and start from scratch. Ill have pics up later of the gauge in the wall. I also wanted to do some porting while i have them off. On another note, I can get all the sleeviing machine work done for free from a really good machinist. Sorry for the ramble-on, but what the hell route should I take?????

Wellll, a lot of good ideas here. Heres the updated scoop. I tore the topend down, the cyls/pistons look awesome, at 150 psi in each cylender. Im .100 over, so I was going to rebuild anyways to get ready for the dunes since ive been running these for 2 years. The comment about the reeds sparks my attention cause I believe they are original. Ill have to post pics, but they look to be ok. I was out on white lake too that weekend, and it was fucking freezing!!!! That also might be an issue. Anyone have any v-forces for sale??? Thanks for all the input!!!

Looking for a stock axle to replace the slightly bent durablue. Its a good axle that durablue will straighten for 50 bucks, or free im sure, if your a salesman about it! heres some pics of it:: not a very good pic, i can look for a better one of the axle itself......
