  1. Love it, keep it old school!
  2. Thanks for the props guys... Skin, I sent you a PM with a design!
  3. Ok, so I was putting everything back together after rebuilding my water pump, etc.. I got the clutch cover tightened, and the kicker would NOT engage at all. After a lil jiggling, i finally got it to grab. WTF! Everything is installed properly (spring is in that case relief, stopper in the right spot), but the gear does not want to engage all the time. On my last trip, I noticed that it did not engage on one occasion. I thought nothing of it cuz it didn't happen again the rest of the day. Im thinking my return spring has lost tension, and I need to replace it. I have never heard of this, so I am here asking who has seen it. Any info appreciated here, thanks! Why cant anything be easy? lol

  8. They have amazing torque, and can be made fast for sure. This is one bad-ass machine, and you will not find another like it for the price. It is seriously MINT, and has seen sand and grass only. I has a blast riding it for a minute at the dunes, rides like a caddy. Bump for a badass quad
  9. Cool, thanks for the feedback guys. Ill have an updated design here soon. I got some Ideas brewing.
  10. Few hours left!!
  11. Awesome, looking forward to this one... Let us know when the episode is supposed to Air!
  12. Hmm, thanks for the info Dave. I might have to venture towards a more simplified design such as that. That's a good price for a stand too, and a price range I was shooting for with this. Just want peoples input on this to see if its worth even making one of them, lol.
  13. Ok fellas, I am looking to get some feedback here. A couple years ago I fabricated my own engine stand from some garage scrap. I decided this past weekend I would reverse engineer it, improve it, make it lighter and better to share with the banshee community. This has helped me out HUGE in the past, and its great for torquing bolts, etc. Just use a c-clamp to mount on your work bench and it provides a nice, stable workstation. This is something that I want to sell for as little cost as possible. My question is who would use one, and how much would you pay for it. If I can get an Idea of what you want to pay, I can make adjustments on my end to try and make that happen. Right now it will be made from 14ga steel, and powdercoated Black. Please let me know what you think, or if I should just keep my own and call it good. I'm not sure how many DIY engine builders there are on here. Thanks guys! -JD
  14. My pods rest on the x-member of the frame. If you want to draw up a bracket that will suit your needs, I will manufacture it no problem. -JD

  19. Yep I use 3/4" chisel snowmobile studs. It is such a blast man, if not my favorite terrain to ride on its very close! Use screws if you want to slide around, etc... Its about a 20 yard turning radius with the studs LOL Make sure u have AT LEAST 4-5" of ice bro.
  20. Got some parts for good prices on Ebay fellas, if there is anything you want that is not listed, just give me a shout! THANKS! -JD JDS Customs on Ebay

  22. I would suggest running some CPI inframe pipes. I have 35PWKS and they work very well together! Huge increase over running 28mm carbs with T5s. Still very trail friendly, but great for drag racing too.
  23. Take the plugs out for even more clearance, you should be able to pop that sucka right outa there!
  24. Got some front shocks. Fast shipping, great packaging! Thanks!
