  1. If you can get me some diametrical dimensions (wow that's some big words) I can give it a shot. I could laser cut a ring out of 1/2" aluminum and try to give it a nice polish. Some good ole hose clamps might be the best way, though. Look at summit racing, they have nice hose clamps there! Let me know if you want to try something out, shoot me a PM.

  21. After my last riding trip, I destroyed my water pump. I blew the seal, and broke the plastic gear. I contacted Brandon ("Blewit" on here) with Mull engineering to get me back up and running. He set me up with one of their new water pump impellers, and a billet water pump gear. The impeller is proven for increased flow, and the billet gear is every bit of a good piece of mind item. I am VERY impressed with his customer service and willingness to get me parts FAST, and will definitely do more business with him in the future. I suggest to anyone that owns a Banshee to contact Mull engineering with any machined product you can think of. From water pump systems to shift stars, MULL engineering is an up and coming innovator for our sport, and our industry. See below for some compared pics of MULL's impeller Vs. my old billet impeller vs. stock. Also installed pics of their billet pump gear The MULL impeller is a press fit design, that works with the hardened stock pump shaft. It does not work with the stainless shafts provided by most aftermarket companies, which are actually inferior compared to stock. 22. Thanks Brandon, yes ima look at it closer today... I think I may have another one sittin around to try too. I just saw in the clymers that that spring is supposed to hold 2lbs of tension, and it got me thinking.. Probly overthinking lol
  23. Funny you mention that! I was holding the plastic piece last night and wondering the same thing! Cuz that spring wants to back out of its slot, and seems you need to have pressure on that plastic piece or else it wont engage. Ill try it!
  24. Everything looks in its place, and fine. I have the cover off now. I dunno man, Ive never seen this before. Its just not letting the gear slide back on the "worm spline" shaft when you go to kick it over. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
