  1. Nope, you will have to drill out one of your large main jets. You will probably be looking at a .120" main jet orifice, and whatever pilot jet you get to cooperate with your setup. I am unfamiliar with stock carbs, so this is where my advice stops and hopefully others will chime in LOL. I think you'd be better off buying some used 34PJs that are already converted to alky. Would be much more cost effective and useful.
  2. Check it out guys, also PM me if you need anything at all! Ebay
  3. Well, you have to get the carbs modified to run alcohol. Drilled down tubes and main jets.... Then you should be fine as long as you purge with gas after each time you ride. I have had no problems with tank leakage or seals in the carb, etc.. make sure you drill your gas cap vent to 1/8" and also run a pingel fuel valve for proper flow.
  4. ok, ok what is goin on here jeffro!!!?? lol.... Bump for a great guy and a SICK NASTY chassis... top notch shit right here guys, but please don't buy it because I don't want to see him get rid of it lol
  5. hey guys, i just payed $25 plus shipping from Jeff and I didn't end up needing it. This is a brand new OEM water pump impeller. $25 shipped -JD
  6. Cool thought, fab it up and let us know how it works!
  7. Ohh, you mean something like this: I know its rough, but by all means get creative and design yourself a kit.... And I will see what i can do!
  8. Bump for a nice oversized tank!
  9. Not that I have heard.... You can get some rubber or plastic grommets from the hardware store to soak up some of the impact. Thats what I would do.
  10. We are actually re-sizing and moving the 'Banshee" on the next run.... it will all look proportioned, this was the FIRST kit produced from scratch. I guarantee this vinyl to be the best quality on the market. I worked with the graphics company to come up with the best combination of materials while keeping the cost within reason. When all said and done, i will be offering a nice warranty with these kits. Up to 10 years against manufacturers defects!
  11. yea, I understand. Let me see what I can do about that. This vinyl actually has perforations on the back to eliminate any bubbling upon installation. This perforation is not all the way thru, however.
  12. I also offer these Aluminum hangers which are very durable $35 shipped, PM me if you want a set!
  13. Maybe they should redesign the tanks LOL.....
  14. Bump, need it gone guys.. Best offer takes it.
  15. What do u mean by perforated? This vinyl is seriously top notch, I think it should stick fine unless I am missing something here
  16. You find it, i can make it!
  17. Well, I have been looking at this tank for years and have never used it. It is black, in good shape, and has a stock petcock. I think it is a 5.6 gallon Needs mounting brackets which could be fabbed up from hardware store parts... very simply. $120 shipped. Paypal: [email protected]
  18. A 1000cc Snomo-Banshee in 300' but I broke out in the race so HE actually won lol! And a few 10mil cubs that obviously messed up off the line!
  19. I can take care of the smaller stuff for you, PM me for a quote!
  20. I ran an un-ported set of stock jugs at .100 over for two seasons without issues. I agree with Chris though, Unless you are really attached to the cylinders I wouldn't run at .100 over. I bought my shee that way and it ran hard as hell for a stock set of jugs!
  21. yea, thanks man... We are going to develop a sticker for the rear plastics eventually too...
  22. Bump for a good guy, Ive heard lots of good things about this motor guys!!
  23. Ok guys, I have been working on developing high-end graphics kits with a great friend of mine. He owns a large custom graphics company and we are teaming up to offer something completely different and new for the Banshee crowd. The pics here are of the very first prototype, which we have to make some refinements to but I just couldn't wait to post pics. Many colors and design options will be available, but this it the first design we went with and what I will begin to offer. Price is still up in the air, as we still have to gather all of our costs to bring it to market. So, I am looking for some feedback, as well as suggestions. PM me if you are interested in getting a kit, and I will be updating here and on my website of the other options that will be available. The vinyl that is used here is just awesome, installed VERY easy with zero bubbles. It is a special vinyl that is designed to install with ease and hold up to YEARS of abuse. Before: After:
  24. Seems like a good deal if you need everything! One stop shop
  25. Any oil at 32:1 will work... Don't mess with ratio, just roll with 32:1 and focus on proper jetting.
