    2 421 Cubs complete. Run 4.0s in stock chassis or 3.8s in drag chassis. $2500 for either one.
  2. I used Bel Ray 50:1 in my Blaster 17 years ago. I had no problem at all with it. It smells like ass though.
  3. I think the castor blend has better lubricant properties, As far as pure Castor or Benol, I've heard that as well.
  4. Supertechniplate alky or gas. Or at least something with a castor blend.
  5. I'll trade Banshee motors for a Volvo Penta upper unit for for DP-SA 1.78:1 outdrive. Grenaded it with only 60 hours on it. Out if warranty because I had the boat 6 years.

  10. Most hardware stores has a section of rubber boots and plugs. They should be located in the plumbing section.
  11. That bolts up to stock cases? Surely they have to be bored. Wish it was a smaller bore. Really a void in the 0-550 class. Cost too much for me to resleeve it and make it smaller, though. Bump for some good stuff.

  13. Advantages are more torque and hp, easier tune-ability, less heat, inexpensive (compared to race gas).
  14. Just installed the intakes. In excellent condition. Still have the spacer that has the crossover imbedded if anyone wants it.

  17. Hey I'm not sayin that's the right way. But when you gotta staging lane full of bikes that's how we do. It would be optimal to know the temp it needs and have it there, but that's not practical sometimes.
  18. Raptor trannys suck and the big motors already run a street bike tranny. 2 421 Or 465 Cubs in tandem pulling the same transmission or drive train would be awesome.

  20. I only have a temp gauge on 1 motor, and it's on the wrong hose because I can't see the other. I also never look at it. I go by how the motor sounds to know (or think) the temp is right. Many never put heat in a motor before a pass and I never figured that out. Even if its 95* out side it is still needed. If its cold I waste a lot of alky in the staging lanes. Others may not appreciate the noise, but that's how it is. I don't bang on it, just let it run.
  21. Start rich and go down. Maybe 30 pilots and 400 mains would be a place to start. That's an odd setup for stock carbs.
