  1. ^^^this. And Cougar Cylinders FTL!!
  2. A properly set up clutch will have almost no creep. The lockup is not turning with the clutch lever in and has nothing to do with it. You should be able to pull in the clutch lever and turn the pressure plate by hand. If you can't do that you'll creep.
  3. May try some muratic acid on the bore. It will take the aluminum off. But I bet you're bore is scarred if that happened.
  4. Should've done a leak down test before tear down, but we've all probably been hasty to tear one down and forgot at one point. If the bore is ok you can run a hone through it and put a new piston in there. Test for air leak before starting and also report your mods and jetting specs.
  5. I have seen this as well on a 250R
  6. Looks like clutch slipping by that dip in the TQ on all runs.
  7. What's up with dead hookers today?
  8. That's a lot of RPMs for a Serval, so I don't think that is the graph.
  9. And......my Shearers are already in. 2 days FTW.
  10. I just ordered some more Shearers (FTW) for my 521 SC. When a 521 SC with different pipes out runs mine or the fastest 521 out there I may consider changing. If I dyno it I will post the graphs for sure.
  11. After sending a Telegraph to Oregon, the Pony Express dropped this off this morning. I also got another Telegraph that said Shearers were too much powerz and the graph was off the page. Looks like the other runs were pretty close though. Don't know why the rpms are not on there though.
  12. FMFFS. How is a dyno graph giving away any info? We know it's not gonna be a big number, that's not what the customer ordered. What has changed between "the results will be posted" to this? I'm always up to learn new ways to go faster. Nothing in this entire thread, including the non posted graph will give me any advantage over the other guys I race. I thought I had a $1000 bet that LEDs would outperform Snipers, but I'd have to go back and look.
  13. I only replace all of mine when my chisel breaks trying to remove them. I keep 25' of fuel line in the trailer, or steal it from PPS at the track.

    Chassis Help

I think Jordan has built a lot more asphalt set ups than Tyson. I could be wrong though.
  15. You could be put a new bearing on yourself. If the old one is stuck a dremel or cut off wheel will take care of it.
  16. I have done the same unfortunately. I heard the pop though. Most of my cranks don't have those pins and I wasn't paying attention.
  17. I found the dyno sheet. Pretty impressive.
  18. This is the first that I've asked for them. I don't put a lot of stock in dyno graphs anyway, but when doing a comparison such as this on different engine types and pipes it's interesting. The fact that nothing has been posted is surprising. No TSS Info is gained by seeing the graph.
  19. Good question. And will clarify RajunCajuns as well I think.
  20. Your loss I guess! I canceled it so someone didn't hurry up and create a PP acct with that address.
  21. It says you haven't accepted yet. I sent some $$$$ yesterday.
  22. How was the SC going to get the ports lowered? Welding? Decked cases, decked cylinders? If you don't know I get it. I know it's not your build.
