  1. My left side pipe came off and dragged down the track and f'd it up a little. I'm looking for another left side pipe.

  4. What is your jetting? Someone that runs gas could probably help ya there if it's way off. It is for sure deto. Plug color is different with different fuels. Is the color what it should be according to VP after a WOT run?
  5. Guess that makes sense. The molecules are closer on the forged. I was thinking the cast had more room to move because of the space between the molecules, but they could expand into that space, and the forged cannot. I didn't google that shit, was just thinkin backwards.

  7. I always thought the cast pistons swell more? I told him to measure the piston to bore clearance.
  8. I think I know the answer to this, but a friend of mine has a Blaster that had a forged wiseco 67.00 mm piston that had a ring snag, and is re chamfering the ports and bought a Namura 66.92 cast piston. Can he just hone and drop this in?
  9. It seems to me that the ATF doesn't disperse contaminants as well as conventional oil, but I could be wrong. When it starts looking cloudy it may start having shifting problems.

  11. Ride at part throttle barely on the pipe. I've limped many miles on reserve like that.

  13. Not saying you do, but can't anyone just enter the wrong barometric pressure or air density and get a false corrected reading?
  14. Nothing good to say about the jj and a CF axles I've heard about. Maybe this is better.

  16. Still no pics? Was it torqued properly? Oring might have blown and let water on a hot dome??? But that usually causes deto and other damage so I guess we're back at square one. Had this motor been run for a while or was it a new build? Maybe the deck wasn't square?

  18. Deto can cause that, but it's gonna show on the piston and plugs first usually.
  19. Got some 82 roll out 16 pdls Rippers and 90 roll out STU 16 or maybe 18 pdls,
  20. I have some BB Cpis out each side or some SNipers out each side.
  21. Is it a dome with an oring groove, or just the ledge to hold the oring on? If it was a groove, did you put a lot of grease on the oring? The grease won't compress and will blow oring grooves when the head is torqued down.
