93 with new Vito's power piston kit. less than 3 hours on rebuild have fmf fatty pipes, k&n proflow kit, aftermarket wheels(2 sets), SS brake lines, gsxr master cylindar, just a great runnin quad. american flag theme on bodywork/seat. also have (never installed) roundhouse swingarm to go with it. also have extra set of T5's i'll throw in. looking to trade for four stroke. may do trade/cash. lemme know if your interested. make offer located just south of indianapolis

absolutely, just measure the diameter across the hole and look up on k&n's website. find the right size then look for the same length as the pro design. actually it won't really matter you could make the length of the filter as long as the airbox is if you want. as long as the total internal volume of the filter is the same or greater than the correct pro design that goes on it. i would get one thats about 6" long or longer if you can.

the proper filter for that pro-design plat is oval not round. its about $60 filter by itself most places. i might be able to find the exact part number once i get home tonight.

just add an even mixture of 50/50 water/coolant and poor in until the level is up to full. you don't need anything special. i always buy Advance Auto parts brand coolant. it doesn't have any additives and i feel is a better coolant than some of that other crap out there.

btw, people use this to remove clear coats on street bike frames then polish them. this stuff is VERY aggressive and VERY strong. like holyman said, DON'T breath it in or get on your skin.

there is no problem, you should be able to do clutchless shifting. i do it all the time on every bike and quad i own.

you will have to either repair the wires, or buy a TORS removal kit from vito's(thats what i would do). problem solved forever.
