  1. if i was to get a 4-stroke, i'd get a new honda 450R. fel0n, i dunno what to say about your situation other than WOW! I wish you the best of luck in your life, you've started way early. If i were you, i'd hold on to that cash, you've got more resposibility than cleaning a quad. you have a kid to take care of.
  2. depending on how it affected it you may run lean on that cylindar. believe this you are loosing power with it not sealed. 2-strokes depend highly on their exhaust to perform well.
  3. ofcourse you can but those bolts will snap off with more than 60lbs of torque.
  4. your not alone, i thought it was gay too. oh and yes yours is gay.
  5. clicky clicky
  6. buy a set of vernier calipers from a local hardware store. they should reach in there to take a measurement. personally i can't live without that tool, best measurement for anything under 6 inches. p.s. if anyone makes a remark at my last sentence, i'm gonna start bustin heads.
  7. weld the mofo, it'll shut that bitch right up.
  8. oh just found out Sears Hardware sells them for $39.99
  9. use a multimeter and see what the correct inductance and DCR value is. numbers should be in manual.
  10. i'm guessing he's on the 5th position from the fat end. he's trying to compensate for too small a main jet. set that guy back to middle positon, and throw in a 300 main. bet it does better all around.
  11. you will need a carb/TB synchronizer. motion pro makes a couple different ones, they work on anything with 2-4 carbs. you hook two hoses to the intake tract (use adapters inplace of the BOOST BOTTLE holes) this would be the most accurate way to sync the banshee. however never ever let it idle above 3.5000 rpm's, it will suck in the mercury from the synchronizer and f*ck your shit up! IMO its not necessary to get this anal about synchronizing on a 2 stroke banshee. just measure the slide lift on each side until your as close as can be.
  12. its BFH, and it stands for BIG FUCKING HAMMER
  13. here is my connection at work 2004-01-02 08:52:02 EST: 2491 / 1944 Your download speed : 2491708 bps, or 2491 kbps. A 304.1 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 1944264 bps, or 1944 kbps. Seems like broadband .. above the 1mbit barrier! at home i'm on ISDN and i get 128k up and down so that 16k transfer rate.
  14. do you have a jet kit or not? you said " 4th clip on jet kit" i assume you mean needle jet, and its on the 4th position down from the fat end? you should be in the ball park, if your running dual pods with no air box better throw in a 300 (kehin main) and see what happens.
  15. a 2k zx-9 can pull a wheelie in 3rd, atleast i'd hope so. i pulled 3rd gear wheelies on my 2k1 750 in 3rd at 110, sitting them down in the neighborhood of 130ish. these are stand ups mind you, not sit downs.
  16. road racing, riding sportbikes, listen to music, basically f*ck with shit.
  17. the back doesn't matter too much it either locks up or it don't. however i am a believer in EBC HH pads. hella bite! but costly! i run those up front and whatever the cheapest is out back. course i use a gsx-r master cylinder up front as well. i like to stop fast!
  18. is that adapter plate for the K&N version or uni?

  22. i'm confused, whats the question? that connector in hand is without a doubt your ignition switch.
